I had an Option One Plumbing come out to clean my drain and the dude was nice but unfortunately the job didn't get done. I called Option One plumbing again and they sent out another guy name Brent, who was a big waste of time and tried to charge me again for a service that I already paid for that didn't get done right the first time. I called numerous times and spoke with Emily and she kept giving me the same script that the notes say my drained was unclogged and I'm telling her over and over it's not but she just kept stone walling me and said I have to wait till Monday to speak to a supervisor and I have to pay again to have my drain cleaned that wasn't cleaned to begin with. It's unfortunate because I used them a year ago and had no problems but times change and their service and reliability sure has also. What a shame.

I had Option One come out to my house to clear drains. My kitchen drain was severely clogged to the point of very little water going through. Called this morning for a drain services and got a 5pm appointment, I decided to wait and not work so I can get my issue taken care. I got a callback saying they won't be able to make it at 4:15pm and I explained I had canceled all plans for the afternoon to wait for my service appointment
Looks like they can't be trusted and don't care about customers times. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY !

Best service I've ever had from a plumbing company. Had to have all of our outdoor drains snaked and jetted. Rep Abner was very responsive, meticulous and explained the whole process thoroughly. Although there is no guarantees of clearing, he took the time to make sure all resources were exhausted, and even hand clear several rocks and vines that were leading into our exit drain. He even continued to work after it got dark, and was dedicated to see the whole job through. Thank you for your service!
