It was the worst service I've ever had! Google map shows free estimates, and $68 for drain cleaning special. The ads are FAKE. We had kitchen sink clogs issues. Honestly, the technician came fast, but once he find out there's no clean out access on the exterior wall outside the kitchen room, and he had to use the ladder to claim up one story roof (my house only a one story house) to check the kitchen drain. He immediately raised the price to $135. I don't have any questions about that. Before he started his work, I used 50ft and 100ft sewer snake to drain the sewer line. Then he used a 50ft portable electric sewer snake and found that the grease was clogging our kitchen drain. The only solution was hydro jetting, and the final price was $760+. That's not a fair price. Because he was so angry and aggressive that day, I rejected his offer. That day, I had no idea what he did. He sounded so frustrated and talked so loudly. The charge was still $135, though. I know he worked on it, but it's the same as mine. Clogged drain and water stuck in sink, not even a bubble. Because I don't feel safe, I paid him and let him go. It's s NOT FREE ESTIMATE and the drain's still clogged. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES. They only want your money. Then I called another company, who used the same method, hydro jetting, to remove the grease under the kitchen sink, and even installed a u-shaped pipe. We fixed it the same day, but it only cost half as much. So I don't recommend this company!

I have multiple rentals in the area and I called them to come out and replace a kitchen sink. When the technician arrived he called me and told me that it would take him 2 to 4 hours for the labor. He wanted to charge me $800 dollars to replace a kitchen sink including the labor. This is outrageous! So I asked him to just charge me his service call which was still $100 for doing nothing. I will never be calling this company again and I strongly do NOT recommend them unless you get a price up front and Good luck with that. By the way I called another plumber and he took 1.5 hours to replace the kitchen sink and a repair leak in the bathtub and his price was no where near $800.

Mike and Ralph provided great service! They were able to get started on the same day as the consultation. Multiple options for plumbing service were offered and the prices were reasonable. My family and I are very grateful and will definitely reach out to the company for future projects.

We have an estimate now of how much damage was caused my Option One Plumbing, They have caused 500.00 worth of damages to fix the sprinkler system , They removed a sprinkler head, and cut the electrical wire that went under the driveway. Now we have to install a new timer system and run all new electrical lines that they ruined. Yard is dying of no water for 2 weeks, hose doesn't reach, Bottom line, One leak is costing my Mom 1,500.00 plus 800.00, and now another 500.00. Total 2,800.00 for a leak . Screaming at my Mother and disabled brother, not honoring the warranty, and refusing to give a receipt, and told them to never call them again. I never would, but I want to warn others about how they take advantage of senior citizens. Stay away from these crooks everyone !

Had water coming from underneath the wall and turned out to busted pipe in ceiling! Called & they came & evaluated immediately and shut off water. Ben got a hold of drywall company & got them started. I will not use any other company.
