I had a toilet blockage that occurred twice in a matter of a few days that needed to be assessed. We weren't sure if the sewer pipe was blocked and causing the issue. Sean was called out to help evaluate. The toilet was clear at that point and the fixture itself may have been the location of the block. Due to the toilet location, the only way to access that section of sewer pipe would be to remove the toilet to put down a camera to evaluate further to determine any pipe blockage. This process would be expensive and may not be necessary if the block was within the toilet fixture. He was able to assess the other fixtures nearby and saw no other signs or smells that would indicate a sewer pipe blockage so he suggested to watch it to see if a reoccurrence happens again before going to other more expensive steps. Sean let me know that Option One Plumbing's service call is covered for the next 90 days so we will watch to see if anything further occurs. If it does, then we can call back to go to the next steps. The honesty and expertise of assessing the situation to find the most appropriate course of action is very much appreciated! In most cases I would've been presented with costly options when other less expensive approaches were all that was needed. I will continue to monitor my situation but today's service call gave peace of mind and information on how to maintain our sewer system moving forward. Thank You for that!

I had them out to repair or replace gas pipes inside and out. They ran all new pipes to each appliance and did a great job as far as functionality and appearance. Their guys oscar, ben, and paul were great. All involved were very professional and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed.
