They were able to diagnosis where the PVC had broken and they repaired it. They also were able to keep the grass where they cut out looking good.

They recommended that my water pressure regulator be replaced. Inquired how much it would cost. Service rep quoted a price of $468. I priced the regulator on Home Depot's website $139 + tax. Bought the unit and replaced it myself and saved $320....

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I sent a request through the website and was given an appointment right away. I work from home and had a call that was bumping into my appointment time. Option One was incredibly flexible and allowed me to adjust the timing. Oscar showed up exactly when I was told he would be there. He took a look at what the issue was and gave me a thorough explanation as to what needed to be done and why. Again, when he was done, he explained to me the work that he had completed and how it was going to correct the situation. He even took the time to look at my tankless water heater and make a recommendation for service to keep it working properly. Pricing was incredibly fair, but the service is what has me sold. I've found my forever plumbing company.

Called Option One for a clogged bathtub drain. The Plumber arrived and tried to up charge for a Descale drain line in conjunction with a hydro jet for $1100. The drain was not cleared but I was still charged and paid the $105 service fee. Since the job was not complete I called another company ""Cruz Plumbing"" who arrived promptly and cleared the drain within an hour and no attempt to up charge. This is not my first poor experience with Option One. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them!

Paul/Christian were polite and a pleasure to have at the property. Repair was complete by 7pm on a Saturday after being called in that same morning. Only reason not a 5 star was pricing. This was a relatively average repair of a failed connection of a brass/pvc fitting at meter requiring some 15 minutes of soil removal to completely expose. I had this exact same repair done at other end (at main valve) only months earlier with significantly more work (cement removal and recement) for 25% less money. They did give a 10% senior discount but, ultimately did not use the schedule 80 parts communicated and used only schedule 40 due to lack of parts on truck and had to go to Home Depot. Approximately $5 in parts, a brass to pvc connector and 12"" of pvc pipe and glue). It was a weekend so, I'm overall happy with job and hope the lesser quality parts hold up for years to come. Apologies that cost brings down their rating.
