Robert came out to snake our kitchen drain. Got it cleared in record time. Suggested some possible things to do down the road but with no pressure. Robert was very polite and friendly and shared a funny story about drain cleaning job he had once. Cost half of what other plumbers charge just to show up. We will use again! Thanks

We have used Option One plumbing MANY times and have always had very good service in fixing single issues with back up in our lines, primarily by having a clog snaked, and we are always scheduled and helped in a timely and cost effective manner. I believe they have the best prices available for the service quality. Where we are MOST IMPRESSED is with DIMITRI who, when we needed help addressing our overall plumbing issues he was able to advise us on both the short and long term fix that would be best for us, clearly describe the needed services , and as usual the price was fair and the service timely. Thank you Option One, and most especially DIMITRI - this kind of help is invaluable! I hope you are well compensated for your expertise - this company is lucky to have you.

Today's update: Said come to my place 8-10am and finally showed up at 11:50!!!

Called at 3pm for an emergency which will cost $99. Said the plumber will show up 7-8pm.
Waited until 7:30 and called again. Said the plumber is finishing up and will be on the way 7-9pm.
Wait again until 9:15 and called. Said the plumber is finishing up and asked me if I want to reschedule for tomorrow.
I would not pay $99 for a next-day emergency. Don't trust!

I called and spoke with a friendly, professional woman who set up my same- day appointment between 10a and 12noon. At 10:30, I received a call advising the crew was 10 minutes out. They showed up shortly thereafter, and quickly assessed the situation: a clogged kitchen drain. They opened the clean- out and grease blobs flowed out. ( Gross. ) Then they snaked the line, sprayed down the area with my water hose, collected their fee ($49.50, as promised), and politely left. I would have given them 5 stars, but I later found the grease blobs on my patio floor- and no one wants to see that... Overall, I'm pleased with Option One and I would recommend them to you (at least for a minor rooter job).

I am always grateful when people review contractors, plumbers etc. These guys are great! I've used them on several occasions and they are honest and reliable! Today they were 2 hours delayed, they called early to let me know, offered to reschedule. But I know they take care of their customers, so if they are late it's just for that reason! I really appreciate these guys!! Thanks Chuck!

Didn't even get a chance to have them come out a quote the job because the guy who just answered the phone seemed bothered that I called. Not a good way to start.

I scheduled this company to come to my house TWICE and both times they no showed. I called after the second time of them not showing up and the woman could seem to care less or be apologetic at all. I would never recommend anyone to use them.

This company is UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and HORRIBLE to deal with. I contracted Option One Plumbing to install 6 bathroom faucets. Some of the hardware was defective and the Technician took it with him to try to find a replacement. The technician was not able to find it. I understand they can't find the part and that is not their fault. However they refuse to give it back to me despite 8 phonecalls over 6 weeks. I spoke to the Manager three times and she never follows through. As a result of not getting the part back, I have paid for two sinks and the work is useless. I will have to buy two new faucets and pay someone else to install them. All I want is my part back and it is like pulling teeth with no anesthesia. In addition I agreed to pay them cash plus check. I asked for an invoice and it took 5 weeks for them to actually cash my check. I had to call three times to get a paid invoice. Each time they had my name spelled wrong. This company is very sketchy and unprofessional. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

I have used Option One three times. The last two times I have waited for more than 3 hours. Last night it was a 6 hour wait with no call from the technician. I called another company who arrived this afternoon on time and fixed everything within an hours time. Most of the problems had to do with Option One's shoddy work. I had to replace all of the faucets in my baths because Option One had placed everything in the wrong position. I will never call them and hope that you don't either.

Unfortunately we live in a old area with terrible plumbing, and have had our fair share of problems. We have now had this company come out 3 times to our house and they've always been super honest, and able to fix our problem within an hour or less! Our most recent visit we had Charles come out and he did a great job. However all of the technicians we've had in the past have been awesome as well. Definitely reccomend this company!
