After other reviews I gave them a 2nd chance and they quoted not only twice as much as about 6 other quotes I got but the tech was the only one that mentioned I needed something I verified with others contractors I did not need. Get your quotes and ask a lot of questions. Personally I don't like being charges doble for something I already have.

Option 1 is the best in the business. As a landlord, I own several homes, some of which are in historic districts with older plumbing, and have used many different rooter companies. A few months ago, Derrik at Option 1 showed up to tackle my blockage problem that one of those hero rooter guys failed at the day before. Derrik was both professional and very persistent until he saved the day.

Today, I had an unrelated but complicated sewer blockage and my go-to is now Option 1. Derrik showed up again and had to tackle it from two different points to fully clear the line. Persistence, Professionalism, with some tricks up their sleeve I had not seen before: that's Option 1.

Great work, everything disclosed up front, no hidden ""oh by the way..."" fees like other services. Flat rate drain unclogging as long as they have easy under sink access. This is how you do business.

This plumber came out right away. But the price that's was estimated was not fair nor reasonable. They were going to charge me almost 2,000 for a new water heater. I searched around and almost every other company charged half of what this company was going to charge me!! I was able to get my water heater replaced for $900.00 save your money and shop around.

This five-star review is specifically for Adam, who removed the water softener and R/O system from the home I was moving out of. The landlords were being complete jerks and Adam was very knowledgeable and patient in making sure that everything worked as expected so I could get my security deposit back. #Kudos Adam!!!

However, the following Monday the company sent a different technician to install my R/O at my new home and it was a COMPLETELY HORRIBLE experience!! The guy showed up THREE HOURS AFTER he texted me and said he would arrive in 20 minutes. When he came he smelled of marijuana and was very antsy and jumpy. One of the hoses was left in the car when we removed it from the previous home but instead of waiting patiently for me to get it, he got agitated with me and raised his voice to say that all of the parts wasn't there and he couldn't do the work. Ultimately he left without installing my system. #Unprofessional #Disappointed

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain and was clogged after I loaded the dishwasher. Option one said they could be here same day and my service guy Robert was excellent and even cleaned up after. I've used option one before and definitely will again. They were fast, and efficient an did a great job! I couldn't be happier!

Adam went above and beyond for a toilet installation, making sure the toilet was what I wanted, keeping things clean, and doing the job right. He was very personable and made this new experience informative.

I had a main sewer line backup.. Tim's approach to determining the problem was the best idea from the three estimates I obtained. He wanted to remove the toilet to run a camera before deciding where to dig to make the repair.. he showed me live images of the sewer line and provided ample justification to replace the entire sewer line from the house to the street..
After my approval, work started the same day. David worked hard digging the 2 holes with a shovel in 110 degree for 2 days.
On the third day Robert directed and led the 4 man crew in setting up the hydraulic machine to pull the new pipe through.
Robert was good at keeping me informed of what was going on whenever I asked and explained the process to me. He seemed really interested in and knowledgeable about his work.
After they cleared the initial clog, I was not without using water, toilets, etc until the third day when the cut the sewer line and pulled the new one only a couple hours.
I also commend all four of the workers for working hard outside in this heat, 110 degrees or higher. Especially David for digging the holes mostly by himself.
