I recommend always getting a second quote from another company. They quoted $2088 for an exposed backpessure vaI've. Ontime had replaced the same valve 27 months ago and the warranty expired at 24 months. When I asked why the steep price increase, $1400 two years ago, he states the part was $1000, then it was 1100, and then $1300. I looked online and same part is $345. The tech also said he could replace it in a less than an hour. That is $1700 in labor, and that would make most general surgeons jealous. JUST CALL ANOTHER COMPANY.

What can I say they were nice very helpful but in the end I paid 1999 a month I decided to cancel the $19.99 a month from my checking account which I have paid since 21 I had to call Them for my I tuna 4 my air They called me band said since I canceled today I have to pay on Tuesday next week Service I have to call them they never called Me then I canceled 10 minutes later called me back and said since I canceled I would have to pay for my service what have I been paying for it was already paid for Not happy. ZZZ

I cannot stress this enough- do NOT use this company. What should have been tops a $400-$500 job was $1,500. The job entailed installing a sink that was already purchased. The technician had to install the strainer basket, waste pipe, p-trap. For this """"labor intensive"""" job he quoted $965. The next task was install an already purchased dish washer. To include a dishwasher tail piece for drainage, water hook up, electric hook up, and testing. Quote: $475. For a grand total of $1529 for a plumbing 101 job. He said """"inflation"""" due to """"parts from China."""" What's worse is he didn't even hook up the hot water part of the sink for fear if he broke the valve that water would leak. He told us to call a plumber to finish the job or get the customer's son in law to to do it. Mind-blowing as the whole point of calling the On Time plumbing service was to have a job finished to completion. If you want to get ripped off this is the company for you.

Beware ... Way over inflated prices. First, let me say that the two employees that came to my house were respectful and did a decent job. On Saturday morning I realized my water heater had bit the dust and I was in need of a new one. The part to drain the unit was plastic and had stripped so I was unable to drain the water heater so I was in the position of having to get it replaced ASAP. I spent the weekend with a shop vac to keep the water from entering my kitchen. I had heard of OnTime and decided to give them a try. On monday morning they came to my house and gave me a quote of $2,621 (that was with a senior discount) to replace my unit. I wanted to pay with Discover but he told me there would be a service charge of 3-4% to use a credit card so I felt a bit pressured to use their financing company because I needed the work done. I called to get an itemized quote and that was sent to me while the unit was being installed. This is what they charged: Add on Expansion tank $293 (average at big box $50) Water heater pan (PLASTIC) $193 (average at big box $25) Water heater 6 yr warr. $2,248 (average at big box $550) The install took approximately 2.5 hours (and the water pan was too small). I understand that there is over head for payroll, and company expenses but this is EXTREME! I sent an email expressing my concern and asked if we could discuss lowering some of the amounts. Employee Nicholas Phillips called me and was, in my opinion, very rude and condescending. He talked """"at"""" me, ... """"we need to pay for people to answer phones, service, company expenses etc, etc, etc, etc, etc..."""" I expressed that I just felt that maybe they could do some compromise and he flat out said no and started repeating the company expenses again. Make sure you know, in advance, the DETAILS, of what you are paying for. If I was not in a """"desperate"""" situation I would have gotten a second opinion but really could not do that in this situation.

Charged $427 to disconnect kitchen faucet and disposal! The $69 charge to come to your house DOES NOT apply to any work. I will call someone else to reconnect. Service person was less than 1 hour completing requested work. Called for 2 days to speak to someone about excessive change. Received $100 refund but $327 was still outrageous!

I would never use this company again. They caused such a nightmare, and cost me a lot of money and time. They partially installed a new HVAC system, and said they would finish up the installation within a week. After six weeks of them failing to come back or call and not returning my calls, I found out they didn't even install an air filter, insulate the lines, or install a flow switch in the drip pan among other things, and that they used mismatched parts with an efficiency rating well below my previous unit and installed the least efficient unit on the market. There was oil or something leaking into the drip pan and had already started to corrode the pan. They installed a 2021 unit. Other HVAC companies said the installed system was only working at about 70% efficiency, meaning 30 cents on every dollar was literally going out the window, that 6 weeks w/o a filter was bound to cause future maintenance issues. One company would not even work on their partial install because it was so bad. Their service manager then proceeds to make a bunch of excuses and basically insinuate that I'm being a Karen because I want it done right. Fact is, I probably would have let them fix their mess, but the texts I got from their service manager just made me mad. Their install of my HVAC was so bad that I had On Time tear out their 2 month old system and hired Norrell to reinstall a new system. Thank God I that I hadn't paid them yet. I would suggest you pick ANY OTHER HVAC COMPANY! I'm not an expert, and this review is my opinion only of what they did, based upon some internet research and the opinion of other HVAC guys.

Use someone else. AC went out, they came and replaced a part, which I find I was way overcharged. Six days later, motor fan went out, and wanted another huge amount to repair. Older unit, so they said we needed a new one. price quoted was super high. Told them I would think about it. They textEd and called my husband and I several times a day to commit. In the meantime, went with another company, price was really reasonable to replace. New company said OnTime repair needed to be replaced. They would not, and wanted more money. I would never use them again.

Just didn't expect to be quoted nearly 17,000.00 for an hvac unit upgrade and during the inspection they try to upsale mainly by fear. Still not sure why they had to go into the garage to inform tat it needed to be rewired. The hvac is not in the garage nor is the incoming service or breakers. They have pretty vans though. I just needed to upgrade to a seer 16 condenser and a newer Acoil to match.

Have use them previously, but called another electrical/plumbing service for a quote on installing a Honeywell 22KW home generator, and they quoted $13,000 for the job. I though this was excessive, so I called OnTime Service, and they QUOTED THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE OF $18,000 for the installation. I will NEVER call these expensive people again.

They charged me $500 for a simple job. The outlet in our wash room caught fire and all they had to do was move the outlet. It costed me $500 but was a 20 mins job. The other paint man that was over begged me to complain because he didn't think I should have been charged that because the parts were even on the truck. I should have just told them no but we were moving in with a new baby and I was new to the area. So honestly it was my mess up allowing them to rip me off. Good luck!
