My father, George Adkins, started this business in 1975, I began my journey as an apprentice electrician alongside him eight years after. Recommended Customer Reviews

Takita is the first person you will speak to when you call for any service. She is friendly, courteous and very professional. My Mom had a gas leak in her house and Takita expedited the process for her. Caleb, who is a great plumber, was at Mom's house in less than an hour! He found 5 leaks!!! Thank you, Takita for making sure my Mom is safe

horrible serve and overpriced quotes. DO NOT recommend! don't call these guys at all. they are the worst in town

They came out to estimate replacing my sister's hot water heater. Not only did the try to sell her several things she did not need, they turned up her water pressure to make it look like she needed a new pressure valve. The one she had was almost new! The final estimate was $3850! We got another plumber who did everything for $950. I can NOT recommend them!

Very proffesional company but their pricing is ridiculous. Charged us $90 per lamp to replace two burned out floodlights. Next time we'll try a handyman service. Also, would not replace a faulty exterior outlet without insisting the entire circuit and breaker be brought up to current code in my 25 year old house. That seems like overkill to me.

Excellent service!!! Notified of arrival and service was prompt and professional. The technician Derrek was excellent. Very informative and kind. He answered all of my questions before I asked!!!

I needed a flood light fixture to be changed and a new power outlet installed. They got my attention with the $39 fee for the visit. However, they wanted to charge me $800 for the job! I called another electician and he did everything for $200!

These people are way overpriced. First you pay them just to come out, then they come out and tell you how much. The guy gave us one price then changed his mind later and said no, it's another price - twice as much. $470 to run one 4' wire for a 10 minute job. I guess he couldn't make any more money off us so he just jacked up the price for this wire and tried to take advantage of us senior citizens. Rediculous! Save your money and frustration. I just called Metro Electric to do the job - they did an excellent job, charged by the hour, were honest, and didn't try to rip us off!

They charged me $263 to change a ballast in a light. The owner would not call me back to explain the pricing.

I cannot stress this enough- do NOT use this company. What should have been tops a $400-$500 job was $1,500. The job entailed installing a sink that was already purchased. The technician had to install the strainer basket, waste pipe, p-trap. For this """"labor intensive"""" job he quoted $965. The next task was install an already purchased dish washer. To include a dishwasher tail piece for drainage, water hook up, electric hook up, and testing. Quote: $475. For a grand total of $1529 for a plumbing 101 job. He said """"inflation"""" due to """"parts from China."""" What's worse is he didn't even hook up the hot water part of the sink for fear if he broke the valve that water would leak. He told us to call a plumber to finish the job or get the customer's son in law to to do it. Mind-blowing as the whole point of calling the On Time plumbing service was to have a job finished to completion. If you want to get ripped off this is the company for you.

They say they can sell you a membership, then get your money & make you wait days for service in 90 degree weather. I feel very taken advantage of. I'm sure I'm not the only one that they have done this to. It's so sad when elderly are done wrong, because they don't know how to share reviews. This is for all those that aren't socially experienced online.
