I have had electrical and plumbing experiences with this company, and I'm very impressed with their communication procedures, professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. They're more expensive than some, but are they really? You get what you pay for, and they fix the important stuff. Failure is truly not an option in their line of work!

I had multiple issues with my heater including a very crazy roommate who confronted my technician Domenic and then cut all the wires in the heater in the middle of the night after he'd just finished it that day.
ONGARO and SONS were so helpful and understanding and were always able to get service to me right away.
I have never had this kind of service with any company and hope you will get to experience them when you need this kind of service.

The Ongario team replaced all of the plumbing under the house. A very big job indeed. They were careful, efficient, thoughtful, punctual. They made it possible for us to have water in the house after the day's work was done. They cleaned up the work areas every day. The job took 3 days. I was nervous about how they would make the repairs, but they carefully explained the method. I am grateful for the time they took to explain the process. They inspected and measured the lay out before the job started. They made the calculations and carried through systematically. The office team was responsive to any questions I had. What should have been at most a couple thousand to fix a few issues (and I'm being generous here) turned into a quote of in excess of $50k after an ""inspection"". Don't go for the inspection option; you'll be presented with a bunch of photographs intended to frighten you into committing tens of thousands to a plumbing overhaul. But it's okay, they can help you finance! Can't speak to the quality of work on offer since it been years since I've used this company, and of course after this experience I certainly don't feel confident in using them now. My advice is to keep the scope of your job precise and defined.

I have lived in my home for 7 years. Throughout that time, I have consulted several HVAC contractors for advice and recommendations for maintaining a more consistent temperature throughout our home. Last week, I reached out to Ongaro and Sons and a contractor (Brandon) was at my house first thing the next morning. Brandon went above and beyond to help me understand the flow rates and how to control the dampers. In addition, he was able to provide 2-3 options for making our house warmer and more consistent. Brandon was amazing and he educated me HVAC 101. He was an absolute pleasure and you have wonderful people representing your brand. We are planning to have O&S perform all of our upgrades and we will continue to use them if their service continues to be this impressive.

I've used Ongaro for electric work and also to get a proposal on HVAC duct cleaning. They are very professional, however, they are extremely expensive.
