We had an excellent service experience with Daniel Chan from Ongaro & Sons. Daniel quickly assessed the issues we were having with two toilets, provided a temporary fix, and helped us to select two appropriate replacements. When the toilets arrived he installed them quickly and professionally. His communication with us was at all times clear, friendly, and service-oriented. I would recommend Daniel and Ongaro & Sons without hesitation.

Our tub and kitchen sink would not drain on Friday. They came out and snaked both. Obviously busted a pipe and now we have Maples plumbing coming tomorrow Monday the 30th to fix whatever they did. Our whole front porch which is concrete looks damp and discolored which leads me to believe it is flooded underneath the concrete. Probably going to be pretty pricey to figure it out. I will never recommend or use this company again!

Our AC system didn't seem to be cooling as well as it should and Chris from Ongaro came out to check it out. Our filters were dirty and he cleaned them and helped us sign up for twice a year maintenance for our AC and heating systems. Chris was extremely polite and helpful and we appreciate his help.

Installed a mini-split in our master bedroom and from beginning to end the project was quick, efficient and carried out with minimal intrusion into our household. Even better, Ongaro matched an offer from a competitor and then agreed to beat it - saving us a couple thousand dollars in the process. The mini-split works perfectly and is a very efficient cooling system for our suite, so I appreciate that. Would definitely recommend Ongaro for other jobs.

I'm so impressed with Ontario and Sons. They truly know how to run a business! They excel at communication, transparency, (no hidden costs) and delivery on time. I just had a new air conditioner installed and replaced the heater with a hybrid heat pump. I had many questions and concerns about a heat pump. They immediately directed me to people who could answer my questions and concerns without pressure of any kind and matched the product to our needs.

Each emplyee including the scheduler, the initial onsite manager, project manager, electricIan, Rene, and the installers were professional and seamless. Each were respectful and timely and walked me through the process.

A shout out to Dylan and Jonah for their integrity and hard work during the installation process. It's obvious they care about the quality of their work! It was so refreshing to witness their pleasure in doing the job right even when they ran into the unexpected. It was a two day process. Both days they treated my house with respect. Both days they cleaned up leaving my house looking untouched.

I highly recommend this company (all work is guaranteed) and only wish other business would follow in their footsteps.
