Quick response to come and see the job request (fix an outdated dishwasher conduit and get estimates on some possible can lighting). Robert came and installed our dishwasher electrical ($150) within a half hour and gave an estimate on the other work which seems reasonable but I am not sure really what those electrical services costs! Either way we received a prompt response to our inquiry and service was professional. We had one item fall from a shelf by where Robert was working but that is on us since it was close to the work station.

I wanted to write a review as OneStop Pro actually came out to give me a quote for a job at my residence. I was stuck with one area of electricity (from one of my circuit breakers) not ""on / functioning"" after my home had experienced a complete power outage for about 10 minutes the day before my service.
Sam was fantastic and I would rate him with 5 stars. (He ended up not needing to run new wire for me and figured out what the issue was that was causing the lack of power to a certain area. He offered up some explanations to me so I would know what was going on and something that I should consider upgrading at my home (when I would be able to afford to do so). Thanks, Sam!
OneStop Pro as a company gets rated with 5 stars as well, because the company actually had someone who answered the phone AND was able to get someone out to give me an estimate. I like the fact that I was priced for a job. (Being charged by the hour is a bit unsettling, because one would not know how long a job would take. PLUS there were a handful of companies that did not answer or did not get back to me with leaving a message either.)
The only reason I gave an overall rating of 4, though, is that even with my price being a little less than what was originally quoted, it was still a pretty hefty cost for a job that took a little more than an hour to complete.
OneStop Pro would be one of the places I would contact if I needed a job to get done!

Bob came out inspected our unit and explain all our options .. we proceeded to take the recommendation on installing a new Train Unit. The service by his crew was outstanding .. we would highly recommend One Stop Pro to anyone looking for repairs or new installation...

I chose One Stop to reroute the HVAC in our basement since they were also able to remove our fireplace and add lighting. I was relieved I wouldn't have to coordinate any contractors. They did a great job at a fair price. So I called them in again when our 20 year old A.C. died the following week. I was happy to support this small business!

I called OneStop Pro for a kitchen electrical need. I had a previous contractor come out and he had no idea what the problem was with the lighting. OneStop came right out and got the job done fast and exactly right. I'm so happy I found them. Great service and great people to do business with. I cannot say enough about the job that Dan from OneStop Pro did.

It was early Saturday evening that I realized that the non-functioning toilet in our basement had overflowed and there was sewage everywhere. As you can imagine, we thought we would be out of luck late on a Saturday, but my wife looked on Yelp, saw the great reviews of OneStop Pro and gave them a call. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and soon after that, Dan was over to our house and inspecting the problem. He gave me an estimate, got to work and was quickly getting the electric plumbing rooter flowing through the pipes to find the root of the issue.

Dan was friendly, knowledgable, and even explained to me what he was doing as he was going through everything. As I am a total plumbing novice, I learned a ton. And in the end, Dan was a complete pro at his job. He found the issue, he got rid of the problem, he even removed the toilet (it was beyond repair) and then capped the drain.

Finally, he cleaned up after he was done and the room and bathroom were spotless when he left. And from a dollar standpoint, he was exactly where he said he would be when he gave me his estimate.

Once again, when I came upon the problem late on a Saturday, I figured no way could we find someone who would want to come out on a Saturday night and help us. I thought this would be something that I might have to wait until Sunday or Monday to get done. Dan answered the call and the job he did was beyond amazing.

I would recommend Dan and OneStop Pro to anyone and I am sure I will be back in touch with him when we have other problems that will pop up over time at our house.

Roberts the man! Called OneStop after a visit from a big HVAC company. What seemed to be the ignitor not working in the furnace, the big HVAC company said it was my heat exchanger. He removed a panel stuck his finger in and said he felt cracks and wam, I needed a new furnace.

Called Robert and told him what happened. He said to let him look and to take a picture of the furnace label (model, serial #, etc...). He came by and tested the ignitor. It's fried. Replaced and we have heat again. Furnace is older, but it lives another day thanks to One Stop! When the need arrives for a new furnace, I'll be giving OneStop a call.

Dan made it right.
This is my second review for this company and I am happy to say that I was very satisfied dealing with Dan who sent Robert out to quote and subsequently come out and do the work for me.
I had a fair amount of electrical work that needed to be done on a bathroom remodel that included the movement of junction boxes and an installation of an exhaust fan. Everything that we discussed and more was completed efficiently and very professionally...with little waiting time to get the work completed.

Everything is nicely done and I'm very happy to say that I'm glad that I reconnected after the first go-'round.

I would recommend you give OneStop Pro an opportunity before making a decision.

I called a few times in regards of my heating unit issue. I was told by a very nice receptionist that someone would be called me with in few minutes. Later I received a called but he said he would show up later on today or Saturday. It's been weeks now and he never called. This 3stars was for that operator who always being so generous when answering the calls.
Later I received a call from Dan the owner of the business. He sent Sam to come in to check on the heater the next day. Sam found the issue and fix it. It cost me $500 to replace the inducer motor. Sam had to travel few times to get the right parts but it was completely done within the same day. Due to the extremely cold weather, the heater seemed not to work properly( not enough flowing heat) so I talked to Dan. He rushed in the next day morning to follow up on the issue. Eventually, he patiently explained the issues. The inducer motor took few hours to heat up so now everything is great. Thank you for rescuing us during the hazardous extremely cold weather! In addition, there is a one year warranty on this part and labor if you ever have this same issue.

I requested a service visit at 9pm to check on my furnace turning off intermittently. They responded immediately and called the following morning to confirm a noon appointment time. They came, inspected my furnace and said everything looked fine at the moment but to call them as soon as it shut off again. They did all this at no charge. I really appreciate the great customer service and quick response time!
