Our residence needed a consultation for a possible leak in the downstairs bathroom. I did not know of a plumber for our area so I took a look on yelp and found One Stop plumbers. I liked that they were family owned and offered a military discount so I decided to give them a call.
I phoned the company and spoke to a kind receptionist who was able to have a technician at my door within an hour!
Wade & Jay were professional ( extra points for putting booties on before coming through the door) ran diagnostic tests and educated me on high water pressure. I did not end up having a leak -but if I do in the future I would definitely call them again. I appreciated they did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. OneStop Plumbers are the best ! My gas dryer died and as I was cleaning the lint from the dryer, hot water was spilling everywhere and it's 10:30 pm. It was pouring out faster than I could get it up. I called the City to turn the water off and he told me to call a plumber. I began reading only reviews for a plumber's who had 4.8- 5 stars. I sent a message around 3:00 am and went to sleep. At 7:00 am, I received a message stating someone could be at my home between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Around 8:00 am, Ryan arrived at my door. It took him just a few seconds to determine the problem. He gave me the worst and best case scenario's. Fortunately for me it turned out to be the best case scenario. It took Ryan more time to go get his tools, than it took him to tighten the screw. Ryan was dressed professional and neatly. He used shoe cover's before coming into my home. He answered all my questions and explained why the screw may have been loose. I have OneStop Plumbers in my Rolodex, and if the need arrives again, they will be my go to plumber. I was very happy with their service and the cost of the repair. I have not had any more problems with the hose or leaking. If you need a plumber, call One Stop Plumbers. Thank you Ryan !!!
