We just used One Stop Plumbers today. Everybody cringes when they have a water leak & you are relying on the plumbers honestly & expertise. So Travis & Nick came out & found we had a leak under the concrete. They were able to do minimal tear out to fix the pipe. You could tell these guys knew what they were doing & were very mechanically inclined, which is a huge plus every step of the way. This leak could have potentially cost us a lot of money. I really feel Travis & Nick saved us today. Another plus is they were organized & cleaned up everything. We finally found a plumbing company we can confidently use again & refer to our friends & family. A big Thank You to Travis & Nick for their honestly, integrity & EXOER

I called this morning to have a shower drain unclogged. I was quoted a price over the phone and the person taking the order was very nice and gave me a time frame on when someone could come out. Joe Eichelberger called when he was on his way and arrived promptly with his assistant. The whole experience was quick and efficient and everyone was professional and nice. I used One Stop Plumbing a few years back to replace a water heater after calling a few other plumbers and having bad experiences. I remember the owner coming out after hours because water was leaking all over. They helped me through the whole process. It's nice to find good businesses that you can consistently rely on and trust.

We had poor water flow in our master bathroom. A lot of scale in the line. Travis from one stop flushed the system and installed a new mix valve cartridge. Everything is working great.

6 months ago, my Rheem water heater was not working. The service man ( I think it was the owner) came, & diagnosed. He identified problem and fixed the issue. It still working good till today. I think he was honest and not upsell unnecessary parts. I am glad that I called. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Called OneStop Plumbers to replace cartridges in shower/tub. Michael showed up on time and was very polite. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Although the cost was just under $200, this was far less than a prior plumbing business that did the same work. I appreciate his professionalism.

Highly recommend in the Corona area! Developed a hot spot in my entryway, directly adjacent to my water heater - oh no, slab leak! Called OneStop Plumbers for help. Super friendly customer service rep on the phone, set me up a next day inspection. The plumber showed up the next day, ON TIME, confirmed my suspicions and scheduled a come back the next day for repair. Showed up the next day, ON TIME, and started work. The plumber explained how they were going to approach the repair, and then proceeded. At every step along the way the plumber offered to show me what he was doing to confirm to me he was on track for the repair. Final repair was completed in the timeframe he quoted and final cost was the same as what was quoted. I will use OneStop Plumbing again and will recommend to anyone who asks. GREAT SERVICE!
