My husband and I were so impressed by Michael's previous work we had him come back to do some more things we needed to have done.He was already wearing protective booties over his shoes when I opened the door to help keep my floors clean. I briefly went over a problem we discovered before he did the install of our new faucet. He took a look and could assess what needed to be done. He explained in detail so I could convey this info to my husband before he began. It was not part of the work we had originally asked him to do but he was able to give me a new quote quickly and fit putting new water valves under our sink into his service call. The entire time Micheal talked with me about what he was doing and why. He showed professionalism, and extreme patience when trying to take out our old faucet and water treatment system. I appreciated how personable he was. Having servicemen come can be intimidating to me. I always want to share info about repairs with my husband so he knows what was done and why. Michael made it very simple for me to understand so I could convey the info to my husband. I love the fact that each time Micheal has come for a service call, he has worked on building a repoire with us. I find that important as a customer. It allows me to have a sense of trust and loyalty to the company and Michael. Thank you Michael for your hard work!

They're by far the best plumbing company!!! I've used them for many different tasks and they've exceeded my expectations every time. They're always neat and clean when the arrive and they treat my home as though it's their own by using shoe covers upon entering my home and always cleaning up upon there departure. Today I had to have my water heater replaced and they were able to come out the same day I called. The plumber I had today was Michael Verdugo and he did a fantastic job!! He called ahead of time to ask if it would be okay if he could arrive earlier then my original appointment. He talked me through the whole process and the estimated time of completion which was right on. He explained the settings on the water heater and what to expect and to call them if I have any questions or concerns. Also, Ashley whom I've spoken with several times on the phone is always pleasant and helpful as as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

I had a leaky shower I called One Stop plumbers they came out, when I turned out my shower check the change out the cartridge in my shower it was still leaking the next day they come out they said I need a water regulator cuz the water pressure was too high and if I replaced it then that would fix the leak. So I agreed to pay $450 to put in a water regulator only two habits my shower still keep leaking. Then I called him back out they came out and they said we have to go through the the piping in the walls condition mom modifications what does going to cost another almost $400. I think they mailed to me like a cow.

One stop plumbers came out on Christmas Eve and saved Christmas!!! Our lovely daughter decided to flush her fake cell phone down the toilet. Our plumber was able to get it out in 15 minutes and only charged us $99 when they quoted $150 over the phone. The gentleman was very polite and timely. I would definitely recommend them!

i called this company because i had a slab leak in my kitchen, they came to my house and wanted to jackhammer my brand new marble floors to fix the pipe. i told them i was going to get a second opinion from their competitor in the area. so when i got a second opinion from a reputable company in the area the plumbers came out told me there was no need to jackhammer my brand new floors to fix the copper pipe underground and all they would have to do is re-route the pipe through some drywall and so i went with the second opinion and everything is working fine now. Be aware of this company they want to do an easy fix insted of doing the right fix. My insurance company came to my house and thanked me for not jackhammering my marble floors and they actually paid the bill to re-route the pipe 100%.

I called OneStop Plumbers because I had a decrease in water pressure for my hot water despite me trying several things. They booked me an appointment for the next day. The tech arrived within the timeframe quoted and actually gave me a courtesy call about 15 minutes prior. Service was great and fast. I really liked that this company is paperless. Kudos. I am definitely calling this company again.
