Replaced fill valve and flapper for $286. You must be kidding!
The Technician did not tell us the price before starting the work. I paid requested amount but I would never agree to pay this amount if I would know the price.
It is not honest business!!

Called around for someone to do two Nest thermostat installs and these guys said they were the local experts. The technician was late and clearly had never installed a Nest before. Watched him reading the instructions, calling the office (cursing) telling me the Nest was defective and all the reasons we didn't want one anyway. Left after an hour with the job basically undone. Wanted to send a different repairman but why bother. You misrepresented yourself and your company. That's called lying. Daughter came home for the weekend, installed both thermostats, charged nothing, and over a year later they are still working perfectly.

I called them out because my mothers A/C was having problems. They came out and recommended a whole new system. Of course, I had to get more than one opinion. Before they left, I had them run my credit for financing just to be sure that everything was in order in case we did decide to go with them. We decided to go with another company, but when company #2 ran my credit we discovered that the authorization from one call was still on there. I called numerous times within the next week to get this resolved and all i got was the run around. Excuses ranging from "I dont know how to do that", "our office manager had an emergency", and the classic "it has been taken care of" when it absolutely was not. Lets not forget that without me even accusing them, they told me that they weren't trying to make it hard for me to go with another company. BS, nothing but a huge headache! Don't waste your time, if I could put zero stars I would because they don't even deserve 1

I called OneCall this morning on my way to work, half expecting to get an answering machine. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to not only get a live person - but the owner of the company! Edgar was courteous, responsive and most importantly - true to his word - as the tech (Chad) arrived later that day right on time. After assessing the situation, Chad gave me a very reasonable quote, and then went right to work. He was friendly and professional, and again most importantly - competent at his job. I am very satisfied with OneCall and plan to use them again for all my plumbing repair needs.

My AC stopped working and One Call came out the same day. They fixed my old unit and then came to install a new unit the next day. Henry was very hands on and friendly. I also had insulation added to my attic. Lance and josh did a great job with the blown in insulation.

Last Friday we called One Call in desperation because of an air conditioning problem. As always (we have called them many times), they responded immediately. Lance came to our home and fixed the AC problem. He also replaced our misbehaving garbage disposal. I was impressed with Lance - he is friendly, skilled and a good communicator. It is great working with One Call.

Though I've worked with this company before and received satisfactory service I will NEVER use them again and would not wish their deception and thievery on anyone. I called for them to send someone to check my broken heater the first week in January and was informed by him that a panel within the heater was no longer working and that it needed to be replaced at an estimate of $750 - $950. After a week I was ready for this high cost repair and scheduled to have it performed. When they came back to replace this it was discovered that they ordered the wrong part and (to top it off this was just before Houston's first big ice day of the year) they were not very apologetic or willing to discount for their mistake. The new piece did not come in until a week later (after BOTH of Houston's ice days) and when they came back to replace it they realized AGAIN that it was the incorrect piece. This was blamed on my "off brand" unit and it was suggested I just buy and entirely new heater for over $2300. Completely fed up, I decided to call a different company who came out to check the heater and discovered a broken fuse that would only cost about $10 that was actually causing the heater not to work. It was fixed the next day, easy as that, by an honest company. Do not let One Call Services jerk you around and rip you off the way they tried to do me!
