I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a clogged pipe "somewhere" that was causing water to rise in every sink and in the washing machine. Bobby arrived and not only found the clog & resolved it,but he explained everything he would do. Great service from a true gentleman.

I honestly just feel obligated to warn people. I was in need of AC service since the outside unit had stopped working. One Call was easy to coordinate with and on time, but their prices are outrageous. Wade showed up and was very knowledgeable. He unscrewed 2 screws and looked at my unit and instantly knew it was the dual run capacitor. He went to his truck and pulled one out... it looked like a $10-$20 part and installed it - I thought max $100 part. He installs it and the unit starts working and then says it's $325. I don't know why I didn't look it up and went along with it, but i paid the $325. The AC works, but the part is literally $9.90 at Walmart. It looked easier to install, took less than 10 minutes. The capacitor has no warranty, but I feel confident i could install it myself next time, just make sure to cut the electricity before doing any work. Moral of the story: I should have only paid the $50 service call which was very reasonable and not paid for the part.

Main waterline to the house busted outside, called One Call Houston after a quick online search. They came out within less than two hours, fixed the pipe with minimal damage to the yard and charged a VERY reasonable price. We were placing bets of how much it would cost and they came in at half of our lowest estimate, which was a nice surprise. I hope I will never need to use them again, but if I need a plumber, will definitely use these guys again.

I've used One Call in the past, and just had a summer tune-up. The service guys were very nice, on time, and explained everything in detail. For the freon, he showed me the actual meters instead of just telling me "this is what it is" like other company's have. He gave me more information and recommendations on the unit for future reference. Just a pleasant experience all around.

The 1 star that is have to give by default goes to April who is without question an awesome representation for this company. She gave great customer service and gave me a lot of help on the phone to help with the issue before the "plumber arrived". April is outstanding and when I have a position open up at the service company that I manage I will be calling this number to offer he a job with me.
Now moving on to the service side of this rating. Again I am a branch manager at a commercial HVAC/refrigeration company in this area and I know none of my customers would except this kind of service. The "plumber" arrived and started to clean my drain with a very small snake that obviously wouldn't work. The then pulled out a larger "self feeding snake" that was broken and would not even spin. He then proceeded to work on his tool for the next 30 minutes before he could even get the small amount of use out of it that he did. It would not self feed and got hung up on something inside the pipe. He pulled it out and then got on the phone with his boss. After that he said we think you have a broken pipe(on my 2 year old house) and we will have to put the camera down to check. Once the camera was at the supposed broken pipe he could see nothing. He did although stick with his diagnosis of a broken pipe. and gave me a 3300-4000$ quote to "see if the pipe is broken and make the repairs". I did not believe in this diagnosis and made several attempts to contact the supervisor and could not get a call back. I then canceled the service and dug the pipe up myself and found no broken pipe. I then rented a self feeding snake from home depot and cleared the drain myself. It took all of 25 minutes and 2 trips to home depot and the problem was resolved. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone again.

First and last time I ever use these people. I waited until 730PM on a call that was supposed to be from 2-6PM. The tech arrived. I needed faucets/fixtures installed in 3 bathrooms and in the kitchen. (2 in Master, 2 in Bathroom, 1 in Guest Bathroom, 1 Kitchen sink, 1 mini bar sink). New fixtures being installed in new granite/new sinks. He gave me an estimate of $4,637!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I guess he thought I was stupid. That comes out to over $600 per install!!! DO NOT EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE. He suggested I also add in a new trash disposal for $600...something I can buy at Home Depot for $100. This is just ridiculous and gouging at its worst. Will never ever ever recommend this company and will do everything I can to ensure that they don't take advantage of any other women who they think don't know any better. Shame on you.

I am not Some one who Complains a lot but this company drives me crazy! Two years ago I came to houston and through their good reviews we used them. What they did was fine but now I am tired of them. Ever since, that one time, they keep on sending me reminders for appointments I do not have or never made. I have tried be phone to get me out of their database and they still keep sending me those fake appointment cards! Nothing seems to work, so my last thing is through internet. So people if you only want to use them once DONT
You will never get rit of them.!!

Replaced fill valve and flapper for $286. You must be kidding!
The Technician did not tell us the price before starting the work. I paid requested amount but I would never agree to pay this amount if I would know the price.

Called around for someone to do two Nest thermostat installs and these guys said they were the local experts. The technician was late and clearly had never installed a Nest before. Watched him reading the instructions, calling the office (cursing) telling me the Nest was defective and all the reasons we didn't want one anyway. Left after an hour with the job basically undone. Wanted to send a different repairman but why bother. You misrepresented yourself and your company. That's called lying. Daughter came home for the weekend, installed both thermostats, charged nothing, and over a year later they are still working perfectly.

I called them out because my mothers A/C was having problems. They came out and recommended a whole new system. Of course, I had to get more than one opinion. Before they left, I had them run my credit for financing just to be sure that everything was in order in case we did decide to go with them. We decided to go with another company, but when company #2 ran my credit we discovered that the authorization from one call was still on there. I called numerous times within the next week to get this resolved and all i got was the run around. Excuses ranging from "I dont know how to do that", "our office manager had an emergency", and the classic "it has been taken care of" when it absolutely was not. Lets not forget that without me even accusing them, they told me that they weren't trying to make it hard for me to go with another company. BS, nothing but a huge headache! Don't waste your time, if I could put zero stars I would because they don't even deserve 1
