When we needed to do some plumbing work on the new house, our realtor recommended Art at OneTouch, and we haven't been disappointed. Everything he did he explained, and when the job was going to run long he asked if it was ok to stop at a reasonable place then come back in the morning so, rather than rush to finish, he could do the last few things properly and clean up carefully. Lots of respect for that! Everything came in on bid, and I feel good about how he guarantees his work.

I am not much of a yelp review writer. I do use yelp for assistance but don't like to leave reviews unless it's definitely necessary.

Our home was in need of main sewer line repair and minor plumbing repair work. I yelped plumbers within our area and one of the companies I called was One Touch plumbing.

After your thorough inspection/camera drain inspection, we appreciated your honest outlook on exactly what needed to be conducted. Had the most amazing experience with Art. He really helped me out and quite literally changed my life. I rent a house and moved in back in August. The shower head was crazy leaky and had this weird old swivel style head, which only allowed it to move side to side, instead of up and down. I'm not the tallest, so the water basically sprayed me directly in the face, as well as all over my bathroom, since the leaks were so intense. I swear half the water was lost to leaks before it even came out of the shower head. I put in a work order to get it fixed early August and had to follow up with the management company around 9 times, and each time they informed me they were still 'waiting on owner approval' to fix the shower head.

Five months later, I had already given up on the issue. I had a separate plumbing issue where the shower wasn't draining, and that is what Art was called in for. I happened to mention to him my problem with the shower head, and he was able to convince the management company to make the call to fix it!!! Additionally, he personally went to Home Depot to get me a new shower head, and instead of skimping on a cheap model and keeping the difference from the pre-negotiated price for himself, he actually chose one of the higher end shower heads! I wish I could give him more than five stars. Choose One Touch Plumbing!

TLDR: He was called in by the management company of the house I rent to fix a drainage issue, but additionally convinced them to fix my SUPER leaky shower head, an issue I had been hounding them about for the past five months. My life was made.

We have been using there services for all Dollar King Store, My house and my sister from emergency calls to major piping job. They are there for the rescue.
Dollar King have had maybe 300 different plumbers. they come fix, destroy and leave never called them again. Artur and ONE _Touch is the guys you want to call.

What can I say? There isn't anything more stressful than coming home to a clogged main and not knowing what to do. A friend recommended one touch plumbing. Extremely professional made the whole process amazing! I was dreading finding a professional experienced plumber that wouldn't scam us! They gave accurate timing and price estimates. Which is hard to get now a days! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I recommend them 100%.
