I can't tell you how happy I am with the service I was provided by One Touch plumbing. Art was very professional, he explained everything to me and put camera inspection in main line for free to avoid any further problems in the future. One Touch Plumbing replaced our water heater today (Sunday). We lost hot water on Thursday, called them on Friday and they came out later that evening to asses the situation. Great communication overall and they made sure I understood all of my options. Ultimately I chose to have a new water heater put in since the current one was on borrowed time. They came back on Sunday morning and installed the new water heater. They worked quickly and made sure we were happy with the work performed. Good experience all around, would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

When we realized that we didn't have hot water, we called our homeowners insurance and they referred the service request to One Touch Plumbing. We are so blessed to then have Art respond. He analyzed the situation, found the issue with a slow leak that kept the sensor from recognizing the need to turn up the gas to heat up the water, plus an extremely dangerous water pressure situation, as well. He took his time to explain to us his findings and his recommendations. It was an old unit more than 10 years old, and we approved Art replacing it. He worked on his own to remove the old unit, drove to get the new AmericanStandard, returned and finished in one day on his own. We really liked his sincere, thoughtful, comprehensive, honest, yet friendly and warm approach. We could tell that Art takes pride in his own work and in his company. We are grateful for a job well done and the peace of mind knowing that Art takes his job and profession seriously to do the best job for his customers.

We had a huge flood at my house tonight. I didn't even know where to turn. I Yelped a few plumbers around me and reviews where all bad. I called my friend and highly recommended One touch plumbing. I was extremely skeptical but I'm glad I called. Turned out we had a roots growing into our plumbing along with some standard drain clogs. I was afraid that it was getting late and they wouldn't be able to finish it. Art was extremely profesional and assured me the issue would be fixed tonight. It's 11:34 pm and they just left. I couldn't be happier with the service and how fast they responded. Extremely extremely professional, fast, and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

One Touch Plumbing & Rooter is, without a doubt, the best service I have ever used - and I've used several over my 50 years of home ownership. Harry was professional, knowledgeable, straight-forward, neat, honest and got the job done. As happens when doing household repair work, the primary problem fix revealed another issue that had to be corrected for the problem to be full resolved. Harry explained each step, obtained the work scope approval, performed the work, testing and retesting the fix until everything worked properly. He explained current code and how my current drainage installation could be contributing to reoccurring drainage issue and provided recommendations.

One Touch Plumbing & Rooter was the second company my home warranty provider sent to fix my waste line leak issue. They picked up the job after the first company did not do the work, merely examined the issue and told me they would have to reschedule once my provider processed their estimate. One Touch came out the same day they received the referral, obtained all clearances while at my home and completed the work.

I can't give One Touch Plumbing & Rooter enough praise. This company will get all of my plumbing work going forward because I know that I can rely on both the company and my technician today, Harry, to get the work done correctly the first time.

When we needed to do some plumbing work on the new house, our realtor recommended Art at OneTouch, and we haven't been disappointed. Everything he did he explained, and when the job was going to run long he asked if it was ok to stop at a reasonable place then come back in the morning so, rather than rush to finish, he could do the last few things properly and clean up carefully. Lots of respect for that! Everything came in on bid, and I feel good about how he guarantees his work.
