One Touch Plumbing was great. I have a new water heater. Lucy got the estimator to come quickly so that the claim to the home warranty company could be started. Lucy kept me informed on the status of my claim and installation. Once there was approval of the claim things happened fast thanks to the One Touch picking up the heater quickly.

The installer, Art, arrived on time with everything he needed. Art and his helper Sam were very professional, Art was obviously very experienced and they did a great installation and clean up. Nice, polite, professional, experienced, everything you want in a plumber. I only wished my home warranty company was any of those things. (I checked their invoice with a friend at another plumbing company and he said everything on the invoice was required for code and at a fair price.)

This company was assigned by my home warranty company. They called to change service times with me at the last minute. They were to come between 2-4pm but on day of service they called & at 12:40 pm & said they were coming in 20 mins. I made arrangements to be there between 2-4. When I called them the dispatcher (Lucy) was rude, shouting & unprofessional. She refused to have a different technician come out. She sounded manic at some points. It was as if I was speaking to toddler. She made no efforts to arrange for a tech to come during the scheduled time window. She shouted over me & kept complaining about being ""belittled"". She essentially threw a tantrum over the phone. I have asked AHS to remove them as service provider & based on my experience they certainly are a company you should never use.

So wow. Its been less than 10 mins of dealing with this company & posting this review before the dispatcher, Lucy called me. This person has my number because of AHS & used it to make this unprofessional contact. She did not call to assist in getting my plumbing issue serviced but to threaten & harass me about the review. Again, she was unprofessional & angry. She said she knew how to find me & would ruin me. This is insanity at its finest. She represents this company. It says a lot about this business to have someone so unhinged on its payroll.

If I could give this company zero stars I would.
I looked up this company and google says they are permanently closed. You can't even find them under the Better Business Bureau which says a lot.
The only reason I had to deal with One Touch Plumbing was because my Home Warranty Insurance contacted them for a water leak, I had in the shower. David, the plumber came out to the house and barely checked the shower and said that in order to fix the issue was to replace the water pressure regulator. He said that we had too much pressure in the pipes and the regulator wasn't working. He estimated the cost to be around $315.00. He told our Home Warranty that it was a pre-existing issue causing our claim to be denied which in turn meant that I would have to come out of pocket to fix the leak. How would he know that the issue existed before we got our home warranty insurance? It looked like he wanted our claim to be denied that way they could get money out of us. Very shady behavior! And, of course because our claim had been denied by a lie the Home Warranty wouldn't send out a different plumber for a second opinion.
My husband and I ended up changing the shower valve, gaskets and o-rings ourselves which fixed our leak for less than $100.00. There was nothing wrong with our regulator.
This company is dishonest and rip people off. The sad thing is that most customers will believe whatever they say because they want the plumbing issue fixed.

First and For most I have to give a shout out to Art with one touch plumbing... he always comes and gets the job done 100% best service I have had done from any plumbers... always on time completes service on first visit unless special order parts are needed. Friendly ... and very professional couldn't recommend anyone else for the job.

We called our home warranty for a second opinion bc our previous one was rude and didn't do anything about our issues.

Sam and Art came right on time to check our draining and kitchen garbage disposal. They are very professional, bringing their own booties and leave everything and everywhere clean. They make sure everything work and even replaced my bathtub corroded screw. Giving me recommendations for maintaining the drainage.
They even waited for a while to make sure my dishwasher air gap is not backing up water after the replacement.

In one hour, they came and replaced the garbage disposal and a smooth kitchen draining. They save my day! And even more importantly, a clean kitchen after plumbing work!

Please call them and ask for this company if you are under First American Home Warranty!
