We have always had drain issues in our mid-century home because of the old 1950's cast iron pipes. We decided that before we went ahead with any more bathroom upgrades it was time to take care of the REAL problem. The plan was to re-pipe the entire house (2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room) using updated materials. This scope of work was not a job for the inexperienced handyman plumber (I certainly wouldn't attempt it), so we called One Time plumbing. Daniel and his dad did a great job. Along with this major project they also took care of a few minor plumbing issues we had been neglecting at no extra charge. The piece of mind that comes with knowing that we shouldn't have any more plumbing issues is worth every penny of the cost.

Last time for One Time!
Francisco spent an hour doing the two simplest plumbing tasks,
changing an angle stop and replacing a very accessible part of a
sink drain. And for this the bill was a heady $250!

too much in my opinion. Where do I sign up to make $250/hr?

This was the second time (and the last time) I'll use them; the first
time he forgot to turn back on the hot water heater.

We then needed a toilet, so we called 1time and they sent out another young man who was just as efficient, clean and quick!

I called for a list of minor problems and one major one. I was afraid it would be really expensive, but the bill was reasonable, and the service was relatively fast and efficient. A problem occurred, due to an unforeseeable accident, and they actually replaced the entire toilet at no cost to me. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Excellent service. Called one time plumbing to set up an appointment. Was able to schedule it fast that same day within hours. There was leak coming out from our floors when we used the dishwasher. Daniel was able to fix what Sears screwed up pretty fast. We still have water damage but he recommended what we do next. Great guy great service. Don't let sears mess with the plumbing. Will call one time plumbing for future needs.

did a diagnostic and told us what the problem was. gave us the quote and we liked it so Fransisco went to work. he did a great job explaining what exactly the problem is and was very honest and upfront. we needed the problem to be fixed pronto. he did it in a timely manner and even look at our other plumbing problems and gave us a quote.

would recommend this company again for future work.

p.s. checked their license online and called but didn't seem to find it. told Fransisco about it so hopefully they will put it on their website. heres the website to check for any licenses in CA
