As a contractor who frequently needs drain inspections, One Time Plumbing is the one thing every good plumber should be, reliable.

I can't tell you how many times I've tried working with subs who do not schedule properly, and waste my time.

When I call OTP, they are always ready with an available date within a few business days, and show up when they are going to show up. They do thorough work and are honest. To the person that gave them a bad review for billing $250 for a visit, I- and many other contractors and plumbers would have billed you more. The trade vehicles we use are never light on gas, are full of materials (to fix your issue fast) and to insure the tech and vehicles also has a cost.

I used them to install Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration and I am really happy with the service and the results. After researching over 6 companies for the purification system I settled for Aquasana only issue was the DIY was a bit more tedious than usual plumping work I had done so far. To not have any issued I called atleast 10 local plumbing companies in San Diego including the name brand ones who sponsor bill boards etc and the quotes I got were crazy enough to just end their call right away because they were asking for almost 75% of the equipment cost to install. I got a reasonable quote from One Time plumbing and have them install my filtration system.
I would 100% call them again for any of my major plumbing works and recommend them as well

I've been looking for a honest reliable plumber who actually knows what he is doing . I finally found one. Daniel did a very thorough job and fixed my clogged sink issues and did not charge a outrageous price. . I had other plumbers come to estimate the same job and it would have cost me twice as much.
Second visit update !!!
I recently had Daniel come out again to see if I had to replace my old cast iron pipe. He was the only plumber that suggested using a camera to actually see the condition of the pipe.

I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs a plumber .

I was recommended to One Time Plumbing by Serv Pro. The Chula Vista rental that I have in Chula Vista had a leak in the downstairs bathroom on a Sunday. The water for the toilet was turned off and I called for an appointment. No water was running so the Monday appointment worked for us. Daniel came as scheduled repaired the seal and floor bolts and the issue was fixed. My renters were very pleased with the professionalism, speed, clean up and I was super pleased with his pricing. Great work for reasonable rates! Daniel is on my ""to call"" list.

We have always had drain issues in our mid-century home because of the old 1950's cast iron pipes. We decided that before we went ahead with any more bathroom upgrades it was time to take care of the REAL problem. The plan was to re-pipe the entire house (2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room) using updated materials. This scope of work was not a job for the inexperienced handyman plumber (I certainly wouldn't attempt it), so we called One Time plumbing. Daniel and his dad did a great job. Along with this major project they also took care of a few minor plumbing issues we had been neglecting at no extra charge. The piece of mind that comes with knowing that we shouldn't have any more plumbing issues is worth every penny of the cost.

Last time for One Time!
Francisco spent an hour doing the two simplest plumbing tasks,
changing an angle stop and replacing a very accessible part of a
sink drain. And for this the bill was a heady $250!

too much in my opinion. Where do I sign up to make $250/hr?

This was the second time (and the last time) I'll use them; the first
time he forgot to turn back on the hot water heater.

We are remodeling a bathroom and need some re-routing work. They sent out a nice young man who was quick, efficient and left the area cleaner than when he started.
We then needed a toilet, so we called 1time and they sent out another young man who was just as efficient, clean and quick!

I called for a list of minor problems and one major one. I was afraid it would be really expensive, but the bill was reasonable, and the service was relatively fast and efficient. A problem occurred, due to an unforeseeable accident, and they actually replaced the entire toilet at no cost to me. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Excellent service. Quality repairs. Nice, nice family business!
