Brett was awesome. He communicated well and showed up on time. Did an excellent job with replacing the wax ring on my toilet, and so fast getting it done. A lot of attention to the details. Pricing for the work was much less then what others wanted to charge me. I would use him again any day of the week.

Had a new fridge delivered only to be told the water line was broken. I immediately went to yelp and contacted 5 businesses. Brett was the first to reply and the only guy who could come in today. His response alone was worth 5 stars!! After some quick troubleshooting Brett was able to resolve my issue and now we have water! I'm absolutely floored with how amazing this experience was. I can assure you Brett is professional, courteous and fair. If you're on the fence, and need a professional just take my advice and just call Brett I know I will if I need him again in the future!

I called One Pro Plumbing and spoke to Brett. I briefly explained some of the issues I was having over the phone. He came out to take a look when he said he would. While he was over he went over a few different options and I feel he gave an honest assessment with a fair quote. He fixed a leaking bathtub, snaked the kitchen drain and changed out the faucet fixture, fixed one of my busted toilets, and double checked everything was good with my water heater. All and all couldn't be happier. This will definitely be my go to plumber. Thanks Brett!

We purchased an older home knowing there was water pipes that needed replacement. After several over-priced quotes well into the thousands, Brett from OPP gave us the best affordable price. Not only was it an affordable price, but Brett did a great job finding ALL of the leaks which turned out to be not only near the bathroom, but also near the kitchen. Our house has a raised foundation, but was still very very tight for him to crawl through, let alone change a bunch of pipes. That did not impact the quality of his work. In about 6 hours he changed all of the corroded steel pipes that needed changing. We still have a few more plumbing related things to get done and we will definitely be calling Brett again for that job in the future. I highly recommend his A+ plumbing service!

I called three other plumbers to get a solution to fix my drain pipes. I've had issues with the drain for my washing machine backing up since we moved into this house. I'd call a rooter company out to clear the pipes and a few months later it would get backed up again. I called One Pro Plumbing and told him the problem we were having and he came out later that same day to assess our problem. He checked our washer drain and even checked the pipes under the house. Instead of selling me on another rooter job he offered a better solution which was to change the problematic pipes. He showed me a section of pipe that was 80% occluded. I even had him fix my wax ring on the toilets because they were leaking and we didn't even know about it. He worked fast and efficient changing the pipes from the old cast iron to new plastic. He didn't try to sell me on a temporary fix. I would endorse his work. Too bad I didn't find him sooner.

My wife and I run a property management business and frequently run into plumbing problems. We have been using One Pro Plumbing for the last couple years for all plumbing needs. They have done many many different things for us, from small projects (snaking a drain or installing a sink) to big projects (installing a sewer cleanout and repiping a bathroom.) There are several reasons why we keep using One Pro. 1) Brett (the owner) does an excellent job of talking us through the job, what the problem is, what it takes to fix it, etc etc. He explains everything to us in detail so we always know what's what. 2) He answers his calls and sets up everything up in a timely manner and then is there when he says he will be. He is often available for emergencies (which seem to happen a lot) and if not sets it up for us ASAP. 3) They are clean and respectful, he has to deal with our tenants often and that can be a challenge in itself. He always leaves the properties clean and I've never had any complaints from tenants. 4) His pricing is always fair. He quotes are always very reasonable and there aren't ever any hidden cost when the job is done. Bottom line is we have gone through many different plumbers over the years and we are very happy we found Brett and One Pro. We would recommend him to anytime.

Woke up in the morning to find water all over our kitchen floor, spilling out of the cabinet underneath our kitchen sink. Called One Pro Plumbing and Brett was great, helping us get an appointment set up quickly.

Brett showed up and was fantastic at explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Learned a ton about the plumbing in our house. He quickly diagnosed that our compression line that runs to the filtered water dispenser was mangled from misuse (woops ) and had the right tools for the job! I was amazed with what he could do in such a tight space due to our large, deep sink. Used a basin wrench...which I now know exists to access the dispense and double and triple checked his work for quality to make sure everything was working perfectly again.

We loved One Pro plumbing so much that we setup another appointment to have Brett come out and do some preventative maintenance on our home to make sure we don't have any more issues pop up. If you are looking for a great plumber, look for further! It's a huge relief to have found a company that I can go to whenever I have a plumbing issue in the future.
