Brett was awesome!! Called him pretty late in the evening for some help and he came through within a couple hours to help us with our bathroom sinks! He even went out of his way to get the things needed from Home Depot for us. He was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions. Overall GREAT customer service, reliable, and the best plumber out there!

Days ago to install a recirculating pump on my conventional tank water heater as it was taking a long time to heat up the water, Brett came and took his time, also did extra work for me of putting tape on the water heater cover so that there is no water leak. Now the hot water was taking a long time to come in the kitchen sink, so Brett came one more time to fix it and bingo, it is working perfectly.

As I was impressed by his work, I called him one more time to install recirculating pump on my tank water heater and he did it like a pro, he also fixed a leak under the bathroom sink without any charge. I would hundred percent recommend him, and I will not blink an eye to hire him again for any of my future projects.

Can't say enough about my experience with One Pro Plumbing. We had an issue with our dishwasher a couple of days before Christmas and needed it taken care of ASAP. I checked Yelp and came across One Pro Plumbing. Called and spoke to Brett and we decided on a time. Unfortunately I had to change the time due to an expected meeting that I had to take. Brett was able to change the time to work with my schedule.

Brett showed up on time and was able to take care of the issue and even offered to show me how to do it myself in case it ever happened again! Brett was polite and friendly and would recommend him to anyone that needs any plumbing assistance.

Brett came by to remove my shower arm because I didn't have the tools nor felt comfortable enough to do it myself. Being very responsive and prompt, he came by after one of his jobs and got it removed for me with no problems! He also let me know what tool I needed in the future for any similar task.
