John of OC Sprinkler Service did an amazing job for my yard. I've had multiple companies do landscaping jobs & each one has caused damage to my sprinkler heads & pipes. Other companies quoted me that I needed to completely replace the whole system and start from scratch. John & his co-worker fixed everything in one day! They replaced 20+ sprinkler heads & repaired multiple broken pipes all at a fraction of the price that other companies had quoted me. John was very professional, extremely efficient, on-time & even did more work than the job he quoted & did not even charge for the extra work. After all the bad experiences that I recently had with sprinkler repair companies & ""landscape"" companies it's a breath of fresh air to have found John & OC Sprinkler Service. I would recommend him to everyone & definitely will use them in the future for sprinkler/irrigation & landscaping needs.

Thank you OC sprinkler ( John ). We had an emergency leak. So I called John yesterday to ask him when he could come and fix and he said he can do it at 6:30 in the morning today. What a great service. Thanks Oc sprinklers you are awesome!!!

First of all let me say that John is very courteous. It was nice that when I meet him, he shook my hand and looked me in the eye. John also showed up 10 minutes earlier than his schedule time to be there so that was refreshing.

I told John that that my sprinklers in my front yard were flooding the yard and that I thought that the solenoid might be stuck open at the end of the cycle. I also have a ton of over-spray and asked John what i needed. He first took a look at my control box and told me that this box was ""Overly complicated, but simple to understand"". He spent 20 minutes reprogramming the box. He told me that the box had preciously been set for the front sprinklers to go for 3 hours! wow! I then asked him what else he thought I needed and he told me i need there tune up and that would be $149.00. I asked him how much for programming the panel and he said that would be $79.99....I thought that was a lot for 20 minute reprogram, however, I decided to do the tune up and John included the re-programming in for free. So I gave him $175 because I wanted to support a young man running his own business.

Then came the first night, all 6 stations ran continuous, back to back for 4 hours and flooded everywhere. I turned the water off and called John later in the day. He said he would meet me the next day. The next day out of nowhere he text me and says his partner came to my house, unannounced and without setting appointment and reprogrammed the panel without me there. He also states that this guy has 25 years in the business and everything should be fine....

Next time the sprinklers came on, all the cycles went great until the last station, the front sprinklers again ran for over an hour and flooded the front again!

I went ahead and texted John the problem and he wrote...""the diaphragm of the valve must be sticking open (even though he told me prior the box was set to run for 3 hours), we charge $89.00 for that but will take off $20 for the inconvenience""....no thanks

I will have to go elsewhere for sprinkler service to get this fixed now.

First time using this service - needed an expert to give me an honest assessment of my issues, and to repair/adjust. Lawn guy not an irrigation expert and irrigation installer not interested in doing repairs (years after installation). John was on time, professional, quick and reasonably priced. I will be calling John back to rework some areas in the spring. So happy to have found this company, especially with current water conservation focus. When I need future help, I know who to call!

John was top notch guy. He took the time to work all the irrigation systems and valves. He got his hands dirty that's for sure on this job site. We were able to use our existing irrigation and fine tune it at nearly half the cost of installing a brand new one and it took a few days but John was well worth it. thank you John hopefully we will do business again!

Honestly, this company is the definition of professionalism. I recently purchased a fixer-upper and the repair of the landscaping was what I had thought to be beyond human aid. They certainly proved me wrong. Not only did they accomplish the improbably task of taming my property, they took the time to provide me with the knowledge and tools to maintain it myself (unlike other companies I have used in the past). They did a masterful job, my mother ALMOST CRIED on Mother's day when I had my family over for dinner!
These guys are reliable, quick, cost effective, knowledgeable, and MOST importantly; FREAKIN' GOOD! at what they do. I recommend to any one.
