Very happy Orange County Sprinkler Service

One of the zones in our automatic sprinkler system stopped working. We called OC Sprinkler Service on a Wednesday afternoon and they came out at 8am the next day. They diagnosed the problem for free (a 20+ year old valve had stopped working) and quoted a very reasonable price to replace the valve and surrounding plumbing in a very tight work space sunk into the patio. Repair was done in under two hours and everything works fine again. We will be very comfortable calling them back out when the next 20+ year old valve goes bad.

I've had several other licensed landscape companies come out this week and they all agreed the sprinkler system wasn't installed/designed correctly.

Waste of money going with John and now I find out he isn't even licensed! I guess I'm
just screwed.....

Spent a few hundred ($350-$400) on sprinkler repairs. Saw some pretty significant improvement in a few few areas but really no improvement in the majority. The sprinkler heads that were installed didn't provide the coverage needed or were the wrong type for the need. They consistently over shoot or undershoot. Tightening or listening the sprinkler head just controls the flow but ultimately the solution provided in this instance was inadequate. Had several issues with the new sprinkler heads installed.

I discovered that one set of sprinklers was not turning on. So I call the number and say to him that it's either the valve or a wire. John comes out and replaces the valve assembly in no time. The labor was peanuts and cost of the part was not much. he didn't break anything else like the last guy did. I will recommend John to my mom.
