John replied quickly to our inquiry to setup an appointment for a free assessment. He came by a day or so later and gave a thorough evaluation of our front sprinklers. He found the issues with our poor flow and coverage and provided a good estimate within our stated budget. He and his coworker came back a week later and changed out a valve, located and replaced a broken/leaking head, moved one head 2' for wider coverage, and tuned all the heads. Our front sprinklers work great now with excellent coverage with half the watering time we were used to. There's essentially no evidence of the holes they dug! Decided to redo my flower beds and then part way thru it dawned on me that we should really redo the sprinkler system as it was from the 80's. It never worked that well and really relied on the rain to supplement, alas the rain does not come. Found this company on Yelp and read the history on the website and all the reviews and decided this was the one. Have not been disappointed. John and his crew are very professional and do all that is needed and more. They changed some of the sprayheads and nozzles, installed new valves, created a new pattern of sprayheads in the front yard, moved a couple to new locations and capped an unneeded one off. They then fine -tuned each nozzle.

I contacted Orange County Irrigation Service for some repair and modification at my mother's house. The timer was not working, there were a couple underground leaks and poor coverage in some areas. John came out right away and spotted the problem with the wiring to the valves and corrected that problem on the spot. At my request he provided two estimates. One for the basic leak repair with tune up and another for more work to move and add sprinklers for improved coverage. We chose the later. John scheduled to come out this crew and complete the work. I am very pleased with the outcome. A few weeks after on the the sprinkler heads just started leaking like a geyser. John came out right away and replaced the defective sprinkler under warranty. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail.

John came to my house 2 years ago because I was tired of watering my backyard by hand and they installed an amazing sprinkler system at a very good rate! I recently called him back because I needed to move two of the sprinkler heads to another location due to a new bbq area I'm installing, he came out on a Saturday and moved both sprinkler heads and adjusted them to perfection! John, owner of the company, came out and spent one hour at no charge to review our sprinkler system. Shortly thereafter he followed with an estimate. I awarded John the job which was quite extensive and took almost three complete days. John and his assistant were punctual when showing up each day. The job included replacing several valves, rotary heads, installation of indoor timer, and a general sprinkler tune-up that included replacing and adjusting several sprinkler heads. Very pleased with workmanship, service, and knowledge of irrigation systems. Would not hesitate to call John for any future repairs or adjustments. Highly recommend.
