Sent through AHS. Guy showed up for 5 minutes said we needed a new water heater and left. After that we could not reach them, nor could representatives of AHS. Learned that On Time not only closed the case, but charged AHS for doing the job. They are not honest, have had violations through the licensing board of California. Save yourself a hassle and don't use them. Don't use AHS either, but that is another story.

ahs sen this on time plumbingtofix my faucets. A young kid came inmy house to look at the faucets. there was another older man outside who stayed in the truck. The so called plumber came in with a pair of pliers and a screwdriver and looked at faucets. all he could talk about was he didn't have the right tools ans was worried f he scratched the faucet american home shield wouldn't pay him. He the went to check the water pressure of house. this kid had no knowledge of what he was doing and came up with a high pressure reading. then he said that was the problem. then left. I know my pressure is normal because i ha a different plumber out in month before and checked it and i also have a pressure gauge and checked it as normal This so called plumber couldn't even do a pressure check. he told ahs that this was the problem and said project was complete. the city where they work out f should check if the are licenced plumbers. this kid was very challenged and could not complete the simplest task. they should not be in the plumbing business. I hope that if you need a plumber reconsider another company this is an awful company to deal with.

AHS assigned On Time Plumbing to come to our house per request for 2 items: kitchen faucet and the valve at washer machine. We just moved in to the house and did not fix/do anything yet. A young technician dropped by, had a look and rushed out in 5 minutes: ""this is not what we can do. It is not wear and tear."" He did not bring any tools, touched or check the parts I showed. Just glimpsed at it and diagnosed.

Unprofessional services, wrong diagnostics (we had other services came check later), do nothing. Irresponsible. You better not accept to let them get your work at the beginning.

I lost my day off, hoping things in my house get fixed, paid upfront to get a 5-min talk. And took me another 2 hours to call AHS doing whole process again.

Just like most of the other reviews, I'd give them zero stars if I could. They will tell you that a part is not covered by AHS but they luckily have that part in their truck for an extra $$$. Scam central.

I would give negative stars if I could. The On Time Plumbing service person came out for our water heater that was not working. He couldn't figure out the problem, but he reset the heater so it worked as he left our house. He didn't know why it went out. An hour later it was out again and no one from On Time Plumbing would return our numerous calls that went to voicemail. After a week our home owners insurance company finally agreed to send another plumber. They sent Bear Plumbing and it was like night and day. The Bear Plumbing service person figured out the problem right away and told us what parts to order from Rheem, as we were under warranty. He showed me how to figure out the problem by how the red light was flashing. On Time Plumbing should have known that - or at the very least they should have returned our calls and the calls placed by the home owners insurance. We went 10 days without hot water because of On Time Plumbing's ineptness and their rudeness.

Back in Aug 2021 my water heater broke,I contracted with American home shield who sent this guy out and claimed it was the controls tha5 needed repaired then demanded $600 CASH, no receipt. This was after I showed them the gas company slip that said it needed to be REPLACED. Well 2 weeks ago my water heater broke AGAIN and when I called American Home Shield, who I fired, about the warranty on the repairs, I was told there was no warranty and they would send out this guy. I already replaced the water heater which should have been done back in Aug 2021 when this yahoo came out. This bad review is bc his mickey mouse job didn't last and you should have REPLACED the water heater to being with!!! The one positive review makes me laugh bc look at all the negative reviews this guy has. So. Ot only did his repair job NOT last but there is NO WARRANTY on his repairs. I submitted a complain about AHS to customer affairs and im looking to sue them as well.

Terrible company came 2 hrs late and then lied to the home warrenty re cause of problem so they got a quick 75 and then no repair in 5 minutes came in personal car without any supplies what a joke

Awful service.
Liars and scam artists. No skill. No integrity.
They were sent to my home by my American Home Shield home warranty. If this is the level of customer care I can expect, I will cancel my contract with them.
I have never had a worse experience with a plumber. Just awful.
I wish I had never let them into my home.

No, just no. Don't have them come. They probably were assigned to you from American Home Shield. 1) Drop the scam insurance company, they are crooks who deny everything. 2) this company sent a Plummer who spent more time using our restroom than looking at the issue. $75 for 1 min. of work. Of course it's denied so we can pay them hundreds of dollars. Nope, nope, nope.

total scam with american home shield. issue repirted on wednesday and was told they could come next tuesday. I will pursue with the licensing board.
