Worst Service! Guy does not come up with full equipement. They keep on asking for items such as bucket water, rags to clean etc when they should be bringing these items on their own. Wont even have booties on and don't want to take their shoes off.
And after service if you need to contact them, then good luck ! they dont pick up phone and return voicemail after days.

Olgen from on time plumbing was schedule to fix out plumbing issued in our bathroom from AHS.
I explained everything to plumber and plumber reported diagnosis that hot water line is blocked and should completely changed and estimate was $550. AHS denied services. Total garbage plumbing services.

Today, American Home Shield sent Sam from the On Time Plumbing to come to repair a broken drainage line under the kitchen sink. He did a fantastic job within 30 minutes and kept my kitchen very clean. Now we have a set of brand new pipes under the kitchen sink. I will call upon him if I have any plumbing problem in the future.

My rating explains it. If your insurance company suggests using this service provider, ask for another immediately! They are not in the mindset of helping the customer in anyway. These guys didn't even have the courtesy to contact me with a solution cost and plan. Very rude!

This is a very dishonest company. Called in through American Home Shield for a clogged kitchen sink. Said that it would not be covered because roots had grown in the pipes. That was a lie. The tech had never even opened the trap under the sink. He tried to snake the line through the top of the sink. When I had another plumber come in, who fixed the clog in under two minutes, we discovered that the tech from On Time had damaged the strainer portion of the sink. I called and spoke with the tech and he tried to charge me $120 for a ""superior"" strainer. I asked for the one that he damaged to be replaced. He said he would be back the next day. He did not show up or call. I called and spoke with the owner, Sam. He promised that he would get the strainer replaced. He never did. He will not return my calls. American Home Shield says that they have nothing to do with it and that it is my problem.

If you have AHS and they are going to send On Time Plumbing from Van Nuys, CA, say no. Have them send someone else.

Beyond bad, I'm a member of American Home Shield called them for kitchen sink. They assigned On Time to repair, Sam was the tech who camel. He tried to rooter from the sink down, he couldn't get the snake the drain so he took all the pipes under the sink and tried again to no avail, he said he had to get the ok from aha and would call me back, 3 day later no call even though I had left 4 voicemails
With no reply. I called another plumber, Neighbored Plumbing when he looked under the sink he showed me the mess that was made the water was leaking from not being assembled correctly and all had to be replaced
And cleared the drain. On time Plumbing is a joke I'm filling a complaint with the BBB and with ahs

they are the worse, they do not show up, they have no idea how to repair products. I used them through a extended warrantee company. They try to make as many calls as possible so they can make more money. they do not answer their phones. It needs to be the worse of the worse.

I had On Time Plumbing assigned through my AHS home Insurance company. The plumber had two simple jobs to fix. Toilet flush mechanism and leaking bathroom tub faucet. He fixed the toilet flush. However, for the leaking faucet the plumber said that he cannot fix as it needs an upgrade of some faucet mechanism which will not be covered by the insurance and it will cost $300+ additional amount. Either he does not how to fix or trying to collect extra money.
I called my Insurance company and asked for another plumbing company for second opinion. They came and replaced within half an hour by replacing the broken part. No charge.

I was connected to On Time Plumbing by AHS and was skeptical at first but have to say Sam the plumber made it so easy by educating me on the required upgrades I would need to replace my water heater and if I decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater that I decided on the upgrade to a tankless. It has been a great decision to go tankless and happy to deal with a plumber who was honest and delivered exactly as they said they would!
