Had these people over a couple of weeks ago as our main line was clogged and our insurance company send this company.
They snaked it a couple of times and then gave up.
Also, we had reported another issue with the insurance company and they refused to look at it.
Had to hire different company to fix the problems.
Don't waste your time and move on.

Read ALL the comments posted by others regarding the unethical relationship between this company and AHS. IT'S ALL TRUE!
After many phone calls with AHS, I convinced them to send a different company for a second opinion. The second company determined the needed repair to be due to normal wear and tear.
On time plumbing workers the claim in a way in which it was immediately denied. Being that I work in the industry and new that this was false, I spent numerous hours fighting the rejection.
At the end, the repair was made by the second company!

How is it that this company is listed as a sole proprietorship on the Contractor's State Licensing Board, as such claims exempt from carrying Workers Compensation coverage yet many reviews here appear to conflict with this.
Further, the only work I believe he receives is from American Home Shield. What he does is to submit upgraded installation features which saves AHS from having to reimburse standard installation costs, inflates On Time's fees collected and the loser is the homeowner who ends up paying hundreds of dollars over the $75 service call fee they should instead be limited to pay.

Had a leak in master bedroom shower, on time showed up and spent 15 minutes figuring out what was wrong. They did minimal inspection on the pipes and said it was a seal they needed to order on top of the drain. They didn't give me clear answers to there solution. They reported to the insurance that the pipe was missing straps and there was structural movement that caused the leak. Of course these are false statements and the claim was denied. They basically lied so they could collect a 75 dollar service charge for 15 minutes of doing nothing to help me. What waste of time, I reported it to American Home shield and hopefully they loose there contract. After reading reviews I'm not the only one they has been scammed.

The stoppage was more difficult than the technician expected, therefore, he had a bad attitude about it. He told us that he didn't have to do all of what he did do and basically made us feel like we should just be happy with what we got. I was totally annoyed.

They are great, came out same day I called found the issue and fixed it right away. Cleaned up the area and had a smile the whole time. Thank you both. Andrea

On Time Plumbing works for American Home Shield which by the way we will not be renewing at the end of this month after some twenty years. Two On Time Plumbing guys came today, instantly presided to tell me I was not covered. For the last twenty years every sink in my house was covered. Nothing was broken, the tip of the faucet in the sink in a wet bar was closed. In fact they did nothing, when I brought this up one of them went ballistic, called me a stupid bitch and told me to go and fuck myself. I asked them to leave. With his wet hand he slammed a piano and he slammed the front door so hard the shutters of the side window flew open, and for this I have to pay $75.00.

Superbly talented SCAM Artists. Never ever let them walk into your house. They came to my house through American Home Shield. The guys looked like an out of the college dropout who did not wanted to fix anything. It felt like he was there just to collect his Service charge.

there is nothing on time about these guys. they offer service through a home warranty company and leave you mid project completely disabled with no regard for service. do not use, do not even engage.

There is one reason On Time Plumbing is in business - American Home Shield and the only reason AHS does business with them is that they'll make up anything to deny your claim. My faucet handle broke and when the plumber came first tried to replace it with something similar he had in the truck. When he had no luck said will have to get in touch with AHS. I received a call afterwards from AHS that the handle broke due to excessive Force and they won't cover it. On my question how was the plumber able to determine with naked eye without any tests or torque characteristics AHS told me just based on experience. Would not trust this company.
