Oleg was great! Showed up earlier than expected, very professional and informative. Fixed my kitchen faucet clog quickly and took another look at the other faucets in the bathrooms too. What great service! I tried fixing myself but wasted my time. Should have called first. I'll definitely use them in the future! My new go-to plumber now! Thank you Oleg!

On Time is very unprofessional. The only business they get is through AHS. They came out and said my water heater needed to be replaced, fair enough. But then they cited $900 worth of code violations that I needed to pay ahead of time. Sounds like a scam to me. Now, they are no where to be found. I called all day on a Monday and no one answers the phone. Run from these people!

AHS provided this plumber to fix our hot water tank. We were told they have up to 48 hours to respond to the service call. We waited and waited and never heard anything from this plumber. We left several messages and so did AHS but he never responded. Mind you a hot water tank is a serious issue and this guy couldn't bother to even respond. We were charged the $100 service fee from this plumber and never heard a thing.
AHS made us wait beyond the 48 hours in order to find someone else. Don't use this plumber and I recommend not using AHS either. They contract with cheap vendors who don't have incentive to respond to their claims since they pay AHS a percentage of their revenue. I wish I could put 0 stars

These guys are absolutely clueless. They were sent by AHS (which I'm also beginning to have serious doubts about) due to hot water only lasting for 5 min. The plumber should have realized by one look at the corroded thermostatic mixing valve what the problem was. Terrible company. Waste of time. I contacted AHS and demanded they send a more knowledgeable plumber. Of course they put me on hold for 30 min scouring the contract for a loophole. AVOID ""ON TIME PLUMBING"" AT ALL COSTS. Think I've convinced myself to drop AHS also.

Awful service! Showed first time said they fixed our leak .. A week later leaking again and then they try to say it was bad water in the pipes damaging the faucet and would be a expensive repair because AHS does not cover.. got a second opinion from Triple S plumbing and they fixed it, noting that the first people who came never actually fixed anything !

Do not use them! Total BS artists. AHS sent them to me and they immediately asked for $250 cash to fix my water heater issue. They said my AHS warranty didn't cover the work. I agreed, reluctantly. 3 hours later they gave me my money back and left, saying they couldn't fix it. Meanwhile, they wrote a report (which i never received) to AHS saying that my water heater needed a new Drip Leg installed BEFORE even doing the work... the work that they NEVER DID/FINISHED because when they actually started, they realized their diagnosis was wrong. Meanwhile, now AHS denied my claim because of their incorrect report (THAT I PAID FOR BUT NEVER RECEIVED).

On top of that, they won't answer my call, voicemail has been full for days, and told me they would call me back, which they haven't. They clearly tried to scam me, realized it was more work than they thought, and in the process, screwed me over with American Home Shield, who stole my service call fee. Total joke. I can't believe they are in business, and I can't believe AHS (as terrible as they are, and they are AWFUL) would associate with this company. After a google search I saw horrible reviews and lawsuits that matched EXACTLY my experience.

This company was sent out through American Home Shield. Actually, they then subbed it out to some outfit called All Around Services. They did absolutely NOTHING. Just needed toilet and leaky faucet fixed. They said I splash water on sink. Unbelievable. Countless calls to American Home Shield with no resolution. Canceled my contract. Will NEVER use them again.

Very Bad. Totally fraud and dishonest. The American Home Shield assigned this guy to take care of my of a Water Heater is not working at my rental place. I did inform them to call me before they reach, they did not. They spent 30 sec diagnosing it and left. The sent the repot back to AHS after 3 days, i called them several time, no reply. These guys incorrectly diagnosed saying the vent have a clog in the water heater, and AHS declined to cover the request. I did call a plumbing company, they showed up and showed me that the vent is clear and no clog. They spent 20 mins time and diagnosed that a part in the water heater is gone. Plumbing companies like ON Time Plumbing are scammers, they just look for the 100$ service fee for spending 30 secs time. Do not use this fellows, these guys are fake

Scammers. They were dishonest, rude, did poor work (which failed city inspection), lied about work, lied about not needing permits, demanded cash up front, didn't do the agreed upon work, and lied about why they didn't. They were fined by citation from the California State Contractor's board for my job. Worst Service! Guy does not come up with full equipement. They keep on asking for items such as bucket water, rags to clean etc when they should be bringing these items on their own. Wont even have booties on and don't want to take their shoes off.
And after service if you need to contact them, then good luck ! they dont pick up phone and return voicemail after days.
