There is one reason On Time Plumbing is in business - American Home Shield and the only reason AHS does business with them is that they'll make up anything to deny your claim. My faucet handle broke and when the plumber came first tried to replace it with something similar he had in the truck. When he had no luck said will have to get in touch with AHS. I received a call afterwards from AHS that the handle broke due to excessive Force and they won't cover it. On my question how was the plumber able to determine with naked eye without any tests or torque characteristics AHS told me just based on experience. Would not trust this company.

I was SO worried after reading all the TERRIBLE reviews. I even called American Home Shield to see if they could send a different company over - of course they were completely UNHELPFUL.
Sam just came by and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Did not try to upsell - just fixed the problem. THANK YOU SAM!
Make sure to ask for Sam to come for your service appointment - he was the best!

ON TIME PLUMBING cannot be trusted. Ask your warranty company to send someone else. DO NOT let them in your house. They Lie.
They were sent by American Home Shield. They told AHS that my hot water heater gas control valve (""GCV"") was clogged with bad gas and sediments to AHS. They told me that I needed a new valve and they would order it and have it sent to my home from the manufacturer. When I got it I would have to call them for an appointment for an installation.
On Time never used a tool to open any parts or check anything. They only tried to light the pilot light and at first it went on and proceeded to explain why it was now working. During their explanation the pilot went out and their ""story"" changed.
The prior service company tried to replace the GCV with two separate valves, which they carried with them but the system would not work properly.

Was slightly worried after reading other reviews but we were happy with On Time Plumbing. He showed up on time & fixed bathroom sink drain in under 10 minutes. The guy was very polite & professional too!

On Time Plumbing was assigned to me by AHS when I called for a bathtub clog. Someone called me within an hour of my service request to schedule an appointment, and gave me a 10am-1pm window. The technician, Sam, called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment to let me know he was on the way, and arrived promptly at 10:30am. I have a Kohler bathtub, and after he cleared the overflow filter and snaked the drain for good measure, he took the time to show me how to clear the overflow filter (which is unique to Kohler) myself so I didn't have to call a plumber. Sam was efficient and very courteous. I am very happy with the service I received.

If I could give a rating lower than one star I would. As previous reviewers have stated this company are scam artists. I have an American Home Shield warrantee policy. Oleg came out and indicated I needed a new faucet on our sink. He did not take it off to inspect. He indicated my policy with American Home Shield would not cover this and gave me prices to pay him to replace if I purchased a new faucet. I checked my policy and called American Home Shield and they said this was covered and put in another claim to On Time Plumbing. I called Oleg to tell him the faucet was covered and to arrange another appointment. Oleg said he just talked to American Home Shield and they would be calling me. When I talked to American Home Shield they said the faucet was not covered because Oleg said it had sediment in it. When Oleg first came he never took the faucet off, how can he say it had sediment in it? American Home Shield gave me the approval for them to come replace and Oleg must have known if they say sediment it is not covered. How can a plumber know there is sediment without taking off to inspect. On Time Plumbing lied, are not honest and will do whatever they can to make as much money as they can on a job. They especially take advantage of customers who have Home Warantee policies. Please do not use this plumbing company for any plumbing services

Scammers as everyone says. They came through AHS. Didn't even want to deal with a simple line snaking. Very rude and unhelpful. Reported something else to insurance and claim got denied. DO NOT do business with them at any cost. If you are assigned to them by your insurance, find another company to get assigned to.

Dishonest and incompetent. STAY AWAY. My home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS) sent these Russian crooks to me to replace my home water heater. On Time misrepresented that they works do all required code upgrades for $1,100 cash. When they arrived with the new heater, they refused to install it unless I gave them the $1,100 cash first. Then, they failed to install the earthquake straps to code, failed to install a code required expansion tank, and failed to run the T&P line to the exterior of my garage, as the code required and they acknowledged and promised to do in their own paperwork. To cover their tracks, when they were finishing the job, they asked for my pink copy of the invoice to write that I paid the $1,100 and that their work would pass inspection, which I requested they do, they added a line falsely claiming that I was given a $235 discount for their not installing the code required T&P line to the exterior. They also refused to provide me with a W-9 so I could send them a required 1099. Apparently, they also cheat the government. Lastly, I later learned from the city of Agoura Hills, that On Time had not had a required business license in the city since 2011. So that's the entities they have ripped off. I will be filing a complaint with the state contractor's license board. I also intend to bring legal action for the fraud and my damages. IF YOU WERE RIPPED OFF BY EITHER AHS OR ON TIME PLUMBING, PLEASE CONTACT ME. WE MAY BE ABLE TO HELP EACH OTHER TO MAKE THESE COMPANIES PAY.

I was sent this repair company by American Home Shield. As the rest of the reviews, this company is a SCAM. My garbage disposal was not working. The tech said there was a foreign object inside the disposal, he never even turned it on to check or listen to it. He did not know what he was doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

AMERICAN HOME SHIELD (AHS) Home Warranty authorized this company to fix my kitchen sink faucet leaks above and under the sink cabinet. The technician arrived and found the leak under sink near the garbage disposer and did not car to pay any attention to the leaks at the base of the faucet on the top of the sink and also at the pull out shower head side rubber flap.
He spent about 29 minutes and used the hammer to remove the cap of the garbage disposer and left after saying the job is done. He reported falsely about the other leaks above the sink as PHYSICAL DAMAGE to AHS.
A couple of days later, we found the leak was not fixed and the Disposer was damaged due to his incompetent handling during the first service visit. When I reported this to AHS, they issued an authorization to come and fix it with out any additional charge of $75.00, as he was already paid for the first visit.
ON TIME Plumbing did not respect the order of AHS. When I was asked by AHS to contact them, they were not only discourteous but behaved in an unacceptable mannmer and disconnected the phone. I reported to AHS to use the services of more dependable plumbing companies, when they expressed thier inability to pursue this matter with them any more.
I therefore strogly urge future customers to be very careful before accepting their services which are absolutely unreliable and mostly you need others to fix your p[roblems at your cost.
