This business was launched by Bob Dolton in 1965. In 1981, Bob sold the company to a group involved with Unique Indoor Comfort. Hamilton Air Mart was purchased by Unique in 1986, facilitating further expansion. Until 1998, Hamilton functioned as a separate firm before uniting with the other firm. In 2003, the business decided to become part of a franchise network and modified its brand.
The company was purchased by Randy Kelley in March 2012. Randy acquired the assets of Avery Air, a business functioning since 1957, from financial distress in March 2013. In October 2013, he took over SA Specialties of Dallas.
In January 2014, the 10-year contract with the franchise network expired, prompting the business to decide for a fresh path. This is when On Time Experts was born. This further enables the business to provide various home services in the time ahead.
The essential values of the firm are unchanged...100% Client Contentment, No Matter What It Takes! Randy joined with the firm, Bob Dolton/Unique Indoor Comfort, in 1986 as a parts runner and helped in the administration. He swiftly advanced to a service technician and conducted installations.
In 1988, Randy became Service Manager. In this position, he managed phone calls, organized service calls, assigned technicians, acquired parts and equipment, organized inventory, handled daily paperwork, and updated Service Agreements.
In 1995, Randy was promoted to President/General Manager. In this position, he oversaw daily operations, growing the company from 10 employees to 30 by the time he acquired the company.
The firm was taken over by Randy Kelley in March 2012. In 2012 and 2013, Randy increased the company by over 52% each year, now employing more than 80 team members.

On Time and out of line! I needed my kitchen sink snaked instead I got a total nightmare! I heard this extremely loud boom thought it was thunder ran outside to see the On Time plumber had hit my 50+ year old pine tree so hard he knocked the bark off and now I may lose it. My dad planted that tree I'm so sad. Then he proceeds to unclog my slow draining sink without success. The next morning I wake up both sides of my sink have standing water and even my dishwasher! I am a veteran and this was to be a free service per the company, the plumber said he wouldn't charge me! Hello you crash into my pine tree make the plumbing issue worse to say that!? You owe me! The street my pine tree is on is wide I have had ambulances, fire trucks, school buses, even 18 wheelers drive by for the past 60+ years no one has ever hit my pine tree! Apparently this On Time plumber has driving skills as bad as his plumbing skills! Do NOT use On Time plumbing they make matters worse it's all about who can bring in the most money then they are rewarded with trips to Hawaii, etc.

When I tell you this place doesn't deserve the 2 stars they are rated I mean it. Everything went well. A guy named Keelan is super talented he fixed my households crack so easily and smoothly. This man is truly a good worker and should definitely get a raise

On Time Experts were not "On Time". They were scheduled to provide an A/C cleaning on April 22, 2024 between 12pm and 4pm. After I had waited 2.5 hours, I called the office to find out when the guys would arrive. Office person called me back to tell they were running late and I would have to reschedule. I said ok, when is the next available appt. She said "In 3 weeks". I said I already waited 2-3 weeks for the appt today. She told me that was all that was available. I told her nevermind. I do not recommend this company.

OnTime Experts took 20+ hrs to install our unit when they said it would take 6-8 hrs. They had no explanation for they delay when asked. There tech "ghosted" us three times throughout the process, once was after requesting a space heater needed overnight for a 1 year old. They did not complete their Quality Check until 60+ days after install when it is supposed to be within 30 days. We had to call several time to get the quality inspection scheduled, and never had our voicemails returned. When trying to schedule the inspection appt we learned they failed to leave us air filters and show us how to preform maintenance on the unit when needed. OnTime Experts failed horribly in communication and follow up. Their complete lack of customer service is not what you should get if spending $15K. This is a warning to stay away from OnTime Experts!

My maintenance person arrived and did not take the time to clean my equipment only to say that he needed to charge me for regular cleaning issues. They advertise always that their technicians don't work on commission but I don't believe it. Sometimes I get techs that actually clean my system and equipment. Mr. KELLY needs to look at his company and get things working correctly.

Called the office of OnTime Experts and spoke with a very sweet lady named Marianne. After explaining that I had read some pretty sketchy reviews and that I really did not want to have to deal with any bs regarding the visit, she set me up with one of their senior technicians.
Robert called about 30 minutes before the appointment, he came inside with his booties on, and could not have been more polite or professional. He answered all of my questions and never flinched with me following him around and just basically trying to learn everything that I could about what he was doing regarding my furnace system.
This was an advertised $59 special from KRLD here in the Dallas Fort Worth area, and I was very well pleased with their service. So much so I may request them again.

I have been a "family" customer for years but that is coming to an end. My last maintenance did not end well. The evening after my service water was coming out of the light in the living room. A tech came out the next morning and said that the Tech before should have made sure the drain line was clear. The previous Tech notated he blew out the line but restriction remained and applied algae treatment. The second Tech did, why didn't the first one? My ceiling has stains, a crack and it bulges now. Spoke with OTE and stated it is not their fault. They come and service and the same evening the water comes through the ceiling. Not buying it.
I have called other companies and most have family plans with little more benefits at lower cost so just need to make my selection.

I had a problem with one of my toilets leaking on my floor. I called the On Time Experts and they were out the same day! Kyle came and this guy was professional and courteous! He showed me the problem, gave me my options and for a reasonable price had my toilet fixed! I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs!

I was a member from 2016 until March 2023. Had great service when Randy owned & once he sold it went to hell. In March on a Sunday morning I discovered a leak in spare bathroom at 2:30 AM. I used 2 buckets & had to empty every 1/2 hour so I waited to call On-Time until 6:00 AM (supposedly they work emergency) and the girl told me that they were booked & couldn't help me until the next day Monday. I said " I am a member & who is booked at 6:00AM Sunday? This has nothing to do with being booked, I had an emergency - she said that she was sorry, nothing that she could do. I couldn't believe it. I scrambled to find someone to help while trying to catch the water every 1/2 hr. I had spent over $38,000.00 with this company & this was nothing but an insult of treatment. I sent an e-mail for manager to call me & he said he was manager of air/heat & he would have manager of plumbing dept. call me but no one ever did. I called back & told him to cancel me & I should have demanded my money back for the 1st 3 months of membership. Randy had a good company & he made a mistake selling to someone who ruined this company. They do not even rate one star. Thank God I found a great new company.
