Not only did he fix our problem in the most affordable way possible, but he did extra stuff (like fix a clogged sink that I forgot to put on my ""to do"" list.) Highly recommend!

I am in the building industry and understand a lot of different trades and what makes for excellent service and what is just cheap labor charging you too much.
Brek is smart, tidy and a great communicator. All three are rare in any human being, let alone a plumber. If you can stand it, don't ever call an emergency 24 hour operation, you will pay double for half the service. Call Brek.
The equation is simple: Brek does a great job and so he stays busy enough to fill a standard work day/week, he isn't some new inexperienced plumber filling a swing shift to help clear your drain at 9pm at night.
All plumbers are really expensive, but Brek is very competitive and made me very happy I waited for him instead of a 24 hour operation. My extensive pipe clearing and video inspection was half of what the other guys would have been. I feel pretty good about that.

I used Brek again and I am very pleased with his work. He replaced my water heater and my garbage disposal. I love that he guarantees his work and when he set the temperature on the water heater told me he would come out and change it for us if we weren't completely satisfied. He also guarantees his work for a year if it's something he did. I am so happy to have found a plumber I trust.

I've been using On The Ritz Plumbing for years now. I WILL CALL NO OTHER PLUMBER! Brek is great! On time! Always does a perfect job. He is conscientious, friendly and always explains things in ""non plumber"" language. He has done a couple of remodels for us and all his work is above and beyond. Give him a call. Ha; never thought I'd care enough to post a review of a plumber. But the other reviewers were spot on: Brek is a great guy, and a great plumber. The only downside is that he is so good that he's booked 2-3 weeks in advance (at least he was when we used him last month). But if you can wait, he's worth waiting for. I just hope he doesn't become so popular that he has to either hire a helper (there can be only one Brek!) or raise his prices (or both). Not that he's that cheap, but what plumber is? At least he's still reasonably priced, and he tells you upfront what it's going to cost. He does excellent work, and isn't satisfied until it's 100% perfect. Highly recommended.
