I used Brek again and I am very pleased with his work. He replaced my water heater and my garbage disposal. I love that he guarantees his work and when he set the temperature on the water heater told me he would come out and change it for us if we weren't completely satisfied. He also guarantees his work for a year if it's something he did. I am so happy to have found a plumber I trust.

I've been using On The Ritz Plumbing for years now. I WILL CALL NO OTHER PLUMBER! Brek is great! On time! Always does a perfect job. He is conscientious, friendly and always explains things in ""non plumber"" language. He has done a couple of remodels for us and all his work is above and beyond. Give him a call. Ha; never thought I'd care enough to post a review of a plumber. But the other reviewers were spot on: Brek is a great guy, and a great plumber. The only downside is that he is so good that he's booked 2-3 weeks in advance (at least he was when we used him last month). But if you can wait, he's worth waiting for. I just hope he doesn't become so popular that he has to either hire a helper (there can be only one Brek!) or raise his prices (or both). Not that he's that cheap, but what plumber is? At least he's still reasonably priced, and he tells you upfront what it's going to cost. He does excellent work, and isn't satisfied until it's 100% perfect. Highly recommended.

Brek saved our plumbing. After a disasterous install of a tankless water heater, we found Brek, who not only fixed it, but ended up replumbing our entire 1940's house, all at a very affordable price. We then hired him to plumb the gas to our outdoor kitchen and fire pit. He responds quickly (though read his note about being a family man and not taking evening/weekend emergency calls) and always does quality work professionally and affordably. We recommend him to everyone.

Working with Brek was a pleasure. His office gave me a specific appointment time, and not a huge window of time that I had to wait for him. He contacted me the morning of the appointment to confirm when I could expect him, and when he became aware that a previous appointment was going to run over, he let me know in ample time so I could know when exactly to expect him, and then he called en route to let me know he was on his way. sounds simple but it is very thoughtful. When he arrived, he was careful not to track mess through the house and was very professional and wore a jumpsuit under the house that he took off to avoid carrying dirt on his clothes. Again, very professional and considerate. he was thorough and was genuinely concerned that the work be conscientiously done, and we were very satisfied with his work. Thank you!

Brek not only did a great job but gave us pros and cons on our options and we always felt like he had our best interest in mind.
