After I left initial review the company has responded in a very positive manner. Doing what they can to make it right. I can definitely respect that. Because of this I have updated my review from 3 to 4 stars. I won't give 5, because I believe that should be reserved for those who don't have to intervene with damage control; but rather used for those who get it right before you take to Yelp. I would definitely say this company has offered every possible solution to right the situation for me. I don't necessarily want them back in my house - but again, I respect their effort to provide great service. I think that probably it's hit or miss - most likely they give excellent to service to the majority of their customers and maybe I just had higher expectations than most. Wish them the best - and if you need water heater service - they are probably great. Maybe just make sure you communicate clearly with them before hand, and they will probably offer you perfect service.

We had a water heater failure (leak, alarm, needed immediate replacement) of our 12-yr old water heater. I called On Call. Not only were they super friendly, honest (let me know that this might be an expensive fix and there were options), but they were able to replace it same-day! I highly recommend On Call if you have water heater repair.

Would definitely hire them again if in need of service, 5stars!!! I actually hired them about 3 weeks ago, woke up, no hot water, had to go to work, so left home without shower, on my way to work I saw their truck on the street and called them to schedule service for the following day since I wont be home till evening, the lady answered the phone was really nice, she was concerned that I wont have hot water that night (it was pretty cold at night during that time) so she wanted to schedule a tech at the evening for me, that was awesome. Tech came on time, knowledgeable, efficient and fixed the problem, good work and service, most importantly good people!

Great service! We needed to get our tankless water heater flushed and a new pump attached. James did a fantastic job with the servicing and installation. He was efficient, helpful, and really went the extra mile to explain the new addition and answer every question we had. We'll definitely be coming back for any future needs. Props to James for the awesome work. We really appreciate it!

I called yesterday at 7:30 am with a broken water heater. A very friendly and knowledgeable woman answered the phone. I sent her a few pictures of the problem and I had a quote to repair by 8 am. The repairman arrived around 11 am with a new water heater. By 12:30 pm, I had a new hot water heater installed and working well. Great service. Completely touchless, as well.

These guys were great. Answered immediately (on a Sunday) and had service out to my house the next day.

Very easy to communicate with, service was fast and very good--water heater was serviced and repaired and everything works great now. They even came back to fix a pressure issue at no additional cost the same day. Eddy was also very familiar with my tankless Takagi unit, which was very reassuring.

We had a water heater problem last week, and the light indicated that the burner needs to be replaced. It is the first time I counted this problem, and given the cold weather, I was in panic! I found this company online, based on the great reviews, I gave a call. It turned out that the company was a bit far from our home, so we didn't eventually use the service by them. But I am especially grateful that Natalia very patiently gave me all the guidance to find the solution. She told me that I could go to Ferguson and do the warranty replacement directly. She even helped me to call AOSMITH customer service and waited for more than 3 hours! Finally she connected me to the call when she finally got an agent. Really poor customer service of AOSMITH.

I would recommend highly to get the service from this company if your home is close, they are very honest and helpful!

We found out our water heater was rusted out and beyond repair on December 24th. The company that did the initial consultation said they couldn't replace it until Monday, FOUR DAYS later and quoted us a huge estimate.

I went on Yelp to request quotes from other companies and Natalia was the first to respond. Her estimate came in significantly lower than any other company and they offered to come out on Christmas Day. Not only did she not charge us extra for the holiday service but instead she gave us an additional discount because it was Christmas. It was the kindest gesture and just an embodiment of the kind of company they are running.

The technician who came out was a half an hour early and finished up in under an hour. He could not have been nicer or more efficient.

On Call Water Heaters saved our Christmas, truly. I cannot thank them enough.
