My Navien water heater started acting up at night, there was literally no hot water coming out, I contacted On Call Water Heaters and within the hour Anthony came over and got it working. It was raining, freezing cold and 11 pm. Not a single complaint from Anthony who worked through the rain and cold like a champ. Amazing!

Great and easy to talk to. FYI They did not have masks on upon arrival nor ever, but the area we worked was outdoors ( I did mask!) mostly ask them to have a mask on prior to hiring if that's a concern. The website says they are vaxxed but verify and REQUEST mask if that is important to u to avoid awkwardness . I appreciated their recommendation for tankless vs Waterheater tank and their quick work. They were ( 2 men) here for around 2 hrs and did fantastic job. I recommend them ; they are a family owned business ! Let's support them!

On Call really lived up to the name. We called on a Sunday evening, got an immediate quote from Natalia, and had a technician, Anthony, at our place with a new water heater within 90 minutes. He had it fully installed within another 90 minutes, we were able to make digital payment from the emailed invoice, and we had hot water by the time he left. Natalia and Anthony were kind, courteous, and straightforward, and the process couldn't have been any easier. Their price for the Rheem heater was the same as the big orange hardware store, and their delivery and installation was faster and less expensive.

On Call Water Heaters were a dream to work with after the nightmare of dealing with two home warranty contractors (they all suck because they can!). After cashing out of my home warranty repair, I got a few bids and On Call came in the cheapest and the fastest. They came out the next morning. There was a slight mix up in that they didn't realize it was on the second floor, so Eddy, the technician needed come back later for the install with another guy. Because we were without hot water, he was able to repair the existing water heater as a stopgap measure. They didn't charge me for the repair (it was their error so that was fair) and only charged me a little extra for hauling it upstairs and hauling the old one downstairs. They were very nice and very knowledgeable. They were able to use all the plumbing connections and the earthquake straps as they were all brand new. All in all, a very good experience. We were all vaccinated and kept our distance but I did not ask them to wear masks. They said they would if I wanted that. It's back-breaking work, and I wanted them to be as comfortable as possible.

My tenant called on Saturday morning to tell me the water heater wasn't working. I contacted OCWH, they gave me a quote over the phone and came out that afternoon to install a new water heater. They showed up on time, were polite to my tenant and their quote was $450 less than the plumber I had used for that property in the past.

On call WH responded same day. Technician Oscar diagnosed the problem and promptly got the new parts. Communication with their office was simple and timely. He took care not to spill any water, tested all adjacent systems to make sure nothing else is a problem, even including cleaning the igniter.
And the best thing was a price, very reasonable. Hot water is back in the house, On Call WH thanks.

My husband and I bought a Water Heater Sunday but he was unable to install the unit as the supply line behind the water heater was ""corroded"" and needed to be replaced. Therefore, I called One Call Water Heaters that Sunday afternoon/evening.

Natalia was very nice on the phone and was trying to get someone to our home ASAP to fix the corroded line. She he tried her best to send someone over even though it was late. However, she was able to schedule an appointment for us for the next morning. The technician was friendly and helpful. He helped install the water heater after he replaced the corroded supply line. Great and prompt service! Highly recommended.
