As I was taking a shower, it felt a little more refreshing than usual LOL! I checked out my gas water heater and it was full of water, it was done! I reached out to my usual plumber but they were very busy so I searched for a few companies on Yelp, got a few quotes but I was drawn to On Call. Natalia was very responsive and great to work with!
On Call came out on a hot Friday afternoon, and they were done in about 45 minutes to an hour. My original tank was 30 gallons and went with a 40 gallon, it was a tight fit, but it worked!!

Great, fast service, availability and good price. I will definitely use them again!

I was looking to replace my water heater, after searching online I found On Call Water Heaters. The good reviews on yelp were a confidence booster.
Natalia was responsive with pricing and and was able to schedule a technician for same day service- on a Saturday! Removal of the existing unit went ok- I mean there were a few spills but nothing that'll cause damage. Totally normal during a water heater replacement. They cleaned up and installation went it pretty smoothly.
Not all hoses were replaced as quoted but hey- they must of looked all right to the installer.
Bottom line- I'm happy with everything!

I am a property manager with a handful of residences. It is important that when I need a new water heater that I buy a good one at a good price that is installed correctly and quickly. With this covid-19 the hardship on all of us we had a major emergency today. Our water heater broke leaking water like crazy. I found this amazing, wonderful company. Natalia responded right away to our rescue. My husband and I were concern about this whole nightmare. Natalia worked with us effeciently, she worked with us on the price and accommodations to make it happen. They are a blessing we now have our a new water heater one of the best quality for a very great price. I would recommend them to everyone. The service guy made some recommendations and told us once things get better financially they offer great services as well.

Rather than risk two aging water heaters leaking into tenant apartments, I decided to change to tankless. Asked my regular plumbing company - large and reliable and all good - for an estimate. Got one quickly. Decided to get one more so looked up reviews for tankless installations on NextDoor.. very positive on this company, so I brought them in for an estimate.
Turns out, $2K under the other bid PLUS, unlike my regular company, included any electric and/or gas work that needed doing.
bottom line 2 - Rafael, the lead, and his assistant Oscar, worked for hours - mine is an old building, lots of weird connections, but they knew what they were doing AND were very considerate of tenants in notifying on-off for those utilities. AND didn't mind my checking from time to time....
They didn't even stop for lunch (finally gave them each huge banana) lol.
A particular benefit - the office person Natalia - she knows what she's doing, and is delightful in the process.
This IS my go to tankless company (more converting down the line).
PS. the unit they installed is top drawer in reputation and recommendations...

This review is about the communication and their willingness to work with customers to get you serviced immediately. Although I did not end up going with them and ended up buying a new WH from the local hardware store and installing with my dad, they gave me a fair deal and was going to come out for service/installation the same day. That speaks a lot during these times when you need work done. hey were very responsive with texting me the quote and gave me clear pricing which I appreciated.

Had and emergency water heater issue, that left us without hot water during this stressful time. On Call had a friendly and professional over in less than 24 hours and all is well. They were fairly priced for the service provided and will call them again in need be!

I had an issue this past Saturday afternoon, in which my tankless water heater failed to fire up, and generated an error code on the remote panel. I tried troubleshooting for a while, but was unable to get it to reset / start firing. I reached out to On Call Water Heaters via Yelp, Got a response it about ten minutes! The manager Natalia fleshed out my issue, and dispatched a service technician to my home. She stayed in contact with me, and even locked in a 30 minute time period during which the technician arrived. After a bit of troubleshooting, we were able to determine a method to reset the fire rod control, and it worked like a charm! With a house full of company coming the next day, I needed to get the problem addressed ASAP, and On Call Water Heaters delivered!

My water heater was leaking in the late afternoon of New Year eve. Natalia picked up my call while she was driving and answered my questions. She then worked on the service order at New Year eve. The new water heater was installed at New Year day on time with no further issues. This is the company providing the superior service.
