Called back within a half hour, showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and thorough but fast, very professional, and was super nice and friendly! Amazing experience! Would highly recommend!!! Talk about a ""small world""! Put out a request for price quote, got two replies, only one that actually thought my time was valuable enough to show up as promised. Started talking to Jeremie only to find out we have mutual acquaintances. I received a written quote, and when other plumber never called or showed up for appointment, I hired Jeremie, he returned next day, did an outstanding repair job, was honest, and was priced fairly. Jeremie and his crew were honest, knowledgeable, and fast. Jeremie was down the street on another job when I called him and he came right over and assessed our job and answered all of our questions. He is easy to get a hold of and always explains everything he is doing. He was familiar with our area/neighborhood and knew exactly what we needed.

We had a main line sewer pipe break and every other plumbing company wanted to drill threw our kitchen and bedroom floor. This would have caused us to go to a hotel for who knows how long! Our homeowners insurance supported the invasive in home demolition. But Jeremie at On Call Plumbing has a trenchless outside drilling method that allowed us to stay in our home the whole time! The insurance and the other plumbers didn't even know about this new innovative non-invasive method!!! The other plumbers who I got quotes from, were asking me for Jeremies phone number!!! So needless to say, we were very happy we went with On Call Plumbing.
