Seriously... On Call deserves 10 stars! Our main line backed up (I won't get into the carnage that resulted)...it was Labor Day and we needed someone ASAP! Called a few companies...they either didn't answer or couldn't commit to coming the same day. I get it it was a holiday. We called On Call Plumbing and Jeremy was willing to do the job same day after working in the heat all day! AND he didn't charge a HUGE holiday fee. I am so grateful to him...He was kind and gave us guidance on what to do next.

So I had a massive back up on my main sewer line, Jeremie Johnson was amazing I told him I need hydro jetting service. He mentioned he would have to bring in a camera to further assess the issue. As soon as he did so he told me he can do the hydro jetting. He also took the time to educate me on future repairs to take take account for that may come into play. Hands down great service was right on time and very professional oh a very funny too! Keeping this guy on my emergency contact list for sure. Thank you once again Jeremie.

We recently bought a home in santa clarita and there was discovered to be roots in the plumbing - after doing a search on yelp on call showed such great reviews so we gave them a try. First off jeremy was super responsive and gave me some answer immediately over the phone- his costs for certain things were openly discussed and he was very clear. There were a list of things i needed for him to do and when he arrived he remembered them all- arriving prepared. He surveyed the issues and suggesting installing a cleanout which my house did not have. Since it was a larger expense i was hesitant, but jeremy explained that if i did not put one in if there was a backup in my pipes for any reason the waste would overflow into my house. I decided to go for it along with getting a tankless- which he helped me apply for a rebate online!. About two weeks after getting the cleanout installed water did start to overflow into the driveway (where the cleanout was) and i was so glad we listened! He immediately came out to find the issue at no cost. On call has come out about 5 times and everytime they have been prompt to return calls and clean when they leave! Really the BEST customer service ive had in a while. You wont regret choosing them.

Last month in mid November we had a sudden water heater incident in our garage. Our 50 gallon whirlpool water plastic heater drain valve failed and popped out of the tank. Thereby draining all of the water and silt out of the tank into our garage splashing onto both of our cars. This was our third water heater in 33 years.

We decided to call On Call Plumbing and Jeremy quickly answered the phone that same evening. Explaining our predicament and need for hot water. He set an appointment for late morning the following day. After some discussion we decided to install a Navien tankless water heater as recommended. The following day Jeremy and his assistant were at the house at 9:30 ready to remove the old water heater and install our new tankless Unit. Thank you Jeremy for your prompt response to our urgent need. Family owned and at your service.
