Incredible customer service, especially from Mollie, who coordinated everything - quote, scheduling, purchasing replacement part, timeline for appointment, and follow-up requests. I was very impressed. OPT was able to take care of our urgent plumbing need on short notice at a reasonable price (didn't even feel the need to negotiate, since it was significantly lower than another bid). I will definitely call them first next time.

Had a problem with my electric shower - was charged £60 for the call out charge and if I wanted to them to fix my shower they quoted £250. This seemed fine until someone else came to look at it and advised it was an airlock and showed me how to fix it myself. I was advised that any competent plumber should have checked this first as the water in my area had been down (which i advised them off) and any ethical plumber would have done this as part of the call out charge. I emailed Olympic plumbing in relation to this and its been 2 weeks and no response. So this speaks volumes on their ethicality.

I got discounts galore including military. My plumber Spencer was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a new plumber! Highly recommend.. Honest and fair, great work and left no mess!

I called on a Monday after trying to fix the clog myself that was backing up my washer machine and dishwasher, and finally giving up. They set me up a service window for Wednesday (non emergent issue so the wait was fine). I asked for a phone call so I could warn my boss and leave work for a few hours.

Received the call as expected and early in the service window. Josh was courteous and professional and gave me the bid after I explained the issues and he looked over the problem.

Unfortunately getting the clog through my sink was a no-go. He had to leave and return with some parts to cut open my washer drainage line and snake a 2nd time. I was a little worried because this doubled the time he spent in my home....I assumed the price was automatically going up. Nope! Even though it took him a little longer, the initial quote is what I paid, which was already a little less than what I expected it would be. I was pleasantly surprised.

Even though the call took longer than expected, he still ran the water for a bit to make sure the clog was gone. Top notch service, I already recommended them to a coworker and will use this business again the future.

Thank you! Now I better handle this backlog of laundry.....

I had them install a on-demand water heater. They were excellent in every way. The technition that came to my house was very knowledgeable, friendly, and I think honest. He gave me several options and told me things that were true but could have resulted in me going with a cheaper option. The best thing is their bid came in at thousands less than the contractor Home Depot referred to me! That was for exactly the same water heater. They did this by not selling me add-ons I didn't need, and having much lower installation costs. They were on time for the installation, and did a very professional job.

We had a miscommunication with this company when we first called them out but they quickly rectified the situation and with such great results. Kim got right back with us and was very helpful and friendly in getting a crew out to replace our water heater. We expected them around 1:00 and they actually showed up before noon! Brian and Josh were very friendly and professional and generally awesome! They replaced our water heater with an updated version of the one that we had previously which is exactly what we wanted, they added new earthquake straps and an expansion tank. I would not hesitate to use this company again, they were great.
