We discovered our water heater broke today. OPT was out within 2 hours, assessed the problem, returned with a new heater and had it installed soon thereafter. They were friendly, skilled and kept us well informed throughout the repairs.

My new go-to plumbers. They promptly solved a problem whose solution had eluded two other major area plumbers. The ""technology"" part of their name is serious - they used a camera to diagnose the problem, which neither of the other two plumbers bothered to do. It was a difficult problem (a pressure-assisted toilet in a commercial store-front, with the outlet blocked by a credit card) that required removing the toilet from its base - so it ended up taking more time and work than the other plumbers invested in it, but the cost was equal to or less than the others had charged - and the other plumbers didn't even resolve the problem! Fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and all at a very competitive price. Wish I'd called them first. Highly recommended.

Had a leak first noticed by my 1st floor tenant when he noticed a wet spot forming on his ceiling. We cut a hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling and could see that the main pipe had a slow drip but couldn't determine where it was coming from. I called Beetle Boys Construction on a friend's recommendation who wrote up a 3000$ + estimate and diagnosed the leak as coming from the apartment directly above the leak. They told me it was from the upstairs toilet, even though there was no evidence that the toilet was indeed leaking. The toilet was dry and didn't cause any dripping when flushed many times. No other possibility was even thought of.
I felt very unsure of the Beetle Boys and sought out another opinion. Luckily I happened upon Olympic Plumbing Technology and got Tracy to come the same day (within a couple hours of my first call to them). He looked at the pipe which at that time had no signs of leaking, checked the toilet above the leak and ruled out that being the problem and then asked to see the upstairs apartment to the left where he quickly diagnosed the problem. The problem was from a broken tub spout which when turning on the shower was very obvious. The Beetle Boys did not even look there prior to writing out their 3K estimate! Tracy fixed the problem and was out the door in less than an hour. I saved $2800+. Very grateful that I found Tracy who obviously is extremely knowledgeable and also a very nice person to work with.

It was horrible to have to even call them because it's an expensive thing to take care of septics. I am glad we went with Olympic Plumbing to handle this. We called around and got some crazy phone estimates of things in the upper $200- lower $300's. And they didn't really want to talk or at least hear us out, just wanted to come by and look and sell, a little pushy. Olympic Plumbing actually spoke to us, took the time over the phone to let us know what the issues could be and our options prior to making appointment. Next morning we call them and make appointment. They made it out couple hours later. Travis knew exactly what was wrong before even taking a look and didn't push us to fix it. He gave us certainty so we trusted him with the work and he got it done under an hour as he promised for the price he promised. No gimmicks, no hidden fees, and priced well below everyone else. We recommend calling these guys first before anyone else.

We recently bought a replacement gas range, but I needed a gas line moved for it to fit. I tried a competitor that gave me a 4 hour window and couldn't be bothered to show on time. Olympic was a refreshing change from that. They gave me a half hour window and were completely on time. The plumber not only moved my gas line, but helped me slide in the new range as well! We will use them whenever we need plumbing help.

And you know those knights on white horses that they write about in fairy tales? Well, that's Leroy, who came and saved me from my evil plumbing. He even reminded me to breathe when I was first explaining my problem and having a stress moment about the costs to repair. Which was especially funny, because I am usually the one reminding people to take a moment to breathe when they are stressing out! Leroy is a sweet man, and a great plumber, and really came through for me when I needed help!

Olympic Plumbing Technology is my hero, and will be my go to plumbing resource from here on out. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) replaced 2 standard height toilets with the Kohler ADA-compliant high seat toilets and French Curve seats that I'd requested. I had a question a few weeks later about the water draining. Dell, the installer, came out first. Then Ron came and suggested a simple test to check things out. Both were patient, professional, and genuinely interested in resolving my question.

OPT also replaced a bad garbage disposal with a very nice one. I put most organics through the disposal so mine get used a lot. Ron installed it.

I spent 12 years working in people's homes as a contractor. I'm extremely fussy about how my home is treated by contractors. They easily exceeded my high expectations for cleanliness and respect for my home.

Kimberly manages the administrative side and serves as the initial contact with the company. I couldn't ask for a nicer, kinder, friendlier person to work with. She treats customers with friendly professionalism. And she calls back when she says she will.

The folks at OPT do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it, they do it well, and they follow up to answer questions or concerns right away.

I heartily recommend them and will not hesitate to call them when I need a plumber in my home.

Leroy's the guy who showed up. From the time I called the office to the time I'd paid him for replacing an old cast iron p-trap section in the crawl space under my tub, we're talking 3 hours. That's as good as it gets. Price-wise, it was more than I would've liked to spend, but very competitive for the job in question. A bigger company like Roto Rooter would've been twice as much, no doubt. And the best part was - I felt like I could trust the guy from the second he showed up - no b.s.
