James advised me that the faucet needed to be replaced. He did an excellent job. He is knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend their services.

Wow, they really wanted to charge $950 to replace a showerhead and bathtub spout??!! (Supplies purchased on our own). I find it very shady when a company refuses to give a ball park estimate over the phone. Even the worst case scenario price would have been nice to know so that we didn't waste our time and money. We wasted $66 dollars of our hard earned money because of this greedy company. Not upset at the technician as he is just doing his job and he was very cordial and professional I gladly will pay $66 if it's going toward his paycheck. I understand that prices are going up everywhere but that price is robbery and I am not happy.

When we tried watering our grass we realized the pipe busted which most likely happened over this past cold winter. We called several places and found this place which not only was responsive but got us in the very next day! James came and explained in detail and was kind enough to teach my husband along the way what he was doing to repair the situation. We would recommend them to all our friends and neighbors!

BEWARE. Their site will allow you to make an appointment regardless of whether or not they service your area. I made an appointment a week ago and just found out on the day of they do not service Shelton. I made a specific trip to Shelton to meet the plumber here so this is extremely disappointing. What a waste of my time.

We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom somewhere, which caused a lot of damage to the downstairs closet. It was in a very weird spot (corner) which caused damage to drywall in several places. Olympic Plumbing gave us a very quick turnaround time for an appt. Despite a frustrating call on the day of our appt advising that they might not be able to make it (after we changed appts/work around), they ended up being able to make it, albeit several hours past the appt time.

Anyway, I understand some things can come up beyond their control. Once the plumbers got there, they were informative, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient. I was advised how much it would be (OUCH) and why. It was a lot of money to have the pipes fixed (760) but ultimately it was a job well done and I felt assured that the problem had been finally resolved.

If I have ever any plumbing needs in the future, they will be the first company I call.

We recently bought a house and knew we needed the water heater to be replaced. Gaige came out and did a thorough inspection as well as replace the water heater. Gaige discovered that the water shut off was pretty much inaccessible, and so we had him out about a week later to install a much more accessible shut off for us. Gaige was always professional, on time, and did a great job. He always explained things every step of the way so we understood, which I definitely appreciate. We will use Olympic Plumbing again for sure.

I am amazed at the quality, professionalism and timeliness of service that I received from Olympic Plumbing Technology.

My first contact over the phone was friendly and courteous. During this covid-19 lock down I was expecting an appointment several weeks out, but I got an appointment for the following week. A day before the appointment, I was sent a text with the time of arrival and a picture of the service technician doing the repair. I was greatly surprised and appreciated knowing who to expect.

The service technician (Travis J Justice) called with an estimated arrival time and upon arrival was friendly, professional and gave a quote before starting the job Travis wore his mask at all times and completed the work quickly while doing excellent work and his work looks great. He cleaned up and left me happy that I used Olympic Plumbing Technology in

At know time was there anything but professionalism. He quoted a fair price The technician took great pride in everything he did.

I will use Olympic Plumbing Technology again in the future whenever I have plumbing needs.
