We recently bought a house and knew we needed the water heater to be replaced. Gaige came out and did a thorough inspection as well as replace the water heater. Gaige discovered that the water shut off was pretty much inaccessible, and so we had him out about a week later to install a much more accessible shut off for us. Gaige was always professional, on time, and did a great job. He always explained things every step of the way so we understood, which I definitely appreciate. We will use Olympic Plumbing again for sure.

I am amazed at the quality, professionalism and timeliness of service that I received from Olympic Plumbing Technology.

My first contact over the phone was friendly and courteous. During this covid-19 lock down I was expecting an appointment several weeks out, but I got an appointment for the following week. A day before the appointment, I was sent a text with the time of arrival and a picture of the service technician doing the repair. I was greatly surprised and appreciated knowing who to expect.

The service technician (Travis J Justice) called with an estimated arrival time and upon arrival was friendly, professional and gave a quote before starting the job Travis wore his mask at all times and completed the work quickly while doing excellent work and his work looks great. He cleaned up and left me happy that I used Olympic Plumbing Technology in

At know time was there anything but professionalism. He quoted a fair price The technician took great pride in everything he did.

I will use Olympic Plumbing Technology again in the future whenever I have plumbing needs.

When a different plumbing company did not answer the phone I left a message. They ignored my message for help with a backed up septic system and never even called to say they were too busy to do the work. I called Olympic Plumbing Technology and they answered the phone and they dispatched a technician who fixed my problems. The tech was very professional and did a great job. Thank you.

This company was hired to work on the plumbing for one of my neighbors. We received a notice from our association letting us know that the water would be turned off between 1-4. The water was not turned back on until after 6 pm. The problem started when they were not at the work site ready to start work at 1 pm. The plumber then spent a lot of time on the cell phone. If he was trying to find parts he should of had someone in the office assisting as time was of the essence.

Travis was the technician that was dispatched... it was his 4th time to my home... he has always provided ""WOW"" service. He has replaced two toilets, fixed a leaking drain on a 2nd floor shower (not the easiest thing to do), replaced a garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He is the best!

My shower faucet dripped all the time. I used a handyman site and found a service provider with many stars. I paid for the consult-a fee that would have been applied to job. He looked at the faucet, and without taking it apart, told me he'd have to cut into a pristine wall to access the plumbing and replace a whole bunch of stuff. I asked if he could just do what I saw someone do on YouTube and just take the plate off and fix something. He said that work wouldn't be under warranty and would be inadequate. I didn't agree to service.

Soon after I noticed another drip in my backyard faucet. I called OPT and scheduled an appointment for a few days later.

Ron was prompt, respected Covid regulation consistently and offered same day service. He easily repaired my faucet without defacing a perfectly smooth wall-the way I had asked the other guy to do it. Pricing was fair and I did not feel taken advantage off.

Both faucets were repaired and all is good.

I also have an issue with my water heater. Ron helped me go through all of my options with information, not pressure or alarmism. I will be calling OPT when that is something I want to pursue.

I would totally recommend OPT.

Broken valves under the sink stoped a new dishwasher install on Friday. Called and scheduled Olympic Plumbing to come out Monday. They were prompt, friendly, and fast! Excellent work. Will call for all future plumbing needs.
