My water heater finally gave up the ghost, after many years of service. They responded quickly and scheduled a visit next day for me. Gaig and apprentice Were polite, patient and seemed very knowledgeable. We decided installing a new water heater was the best option. Helped me get financing at a reasonable rate and monthly payment. Explained the work as he did it and kept the area clean. Extremely happy with my job and will use them in future.

We had them install a hot water heater and were told it would be a Bradford White or AOSmith. While we preferred the Bradford, the AO Smith would have been acceptable. Instead they installed a Rheem, which is not a brand we agreed to or are okay with. Also, the technician failed to turn the water heater on, and as it is closed up in a cubby we didn't realize that and were without hot water for a few hours as we were told to keep waiting for it to heat up. We will see if they will make this right, but as of right now, we paid $2400 for a water heater of a brand we explicitly didn't want.

Ryan from Olympic Plumbing Technology was very friendly, quick, and did a great job of fixing our sink leak. It was also a good price! We had a wonderful experience and will contact Olympic for any future plumbing issues.

I woke up this morning to a leaking pipe. When I called Olympic Plumbing, they scheduled technicians to come at 9 AM. The technicians arrived at 8:58, and were friendly and competent. I also asked them to replace a hose bib that got damaged in the last freeze and they did that in addition to replacing the damaged pex. My bill was just over $1000 for one hour forty five minutes, and minimal supplies, including 2 feet of pex, 1 foot of copper, and a hose bib. I think that is excessive, but I don't have a basis for how excessive. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the competence of the technicians, with some reservations about the value of the service. I do know that this service call was outrageously expensive. What I don't know is how much more or less outrageously expensive it would be compared to other plumbing companies.

BEWARE!
Extremely over priced for getting nothing done. Charged $578 to attempt to snake a sink but were unsuccessful. Wanted $2,200 to go under the house into the crawl space to cut in a T and hydro jet the line.
Called another plumber who had no problem snaking the line and charged only $321.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We tried to get an appointment on Friday 6/21/24, Olympic Plumbing Technology said they would come if they could. We made an appointment for Monday 6/24/24, just in case Friday wouldn't work. It didn't. They canceled Monday saying that there were scheduling problem, and no technicians were available. They said they would come between 2:00 and 7:00 Thursday 6/27/24. The technician came at 4:30. During scheduling, Olympic Plumbing Technology personelle were asked repeatedly about fees. We were told there was no service fee and that the estimate was free.
The technician showed up and said if he went under the house it would cost 280.00 and said they would give 50.00 credit and waive the travel fee because of the scheduling mess-ups. He was adamant that going under the house would cost 280.00. He was told, no. They were told on the phone on Monday that the leak was under the house and there was no mention of an additional charge for stepping foot under there.
The technician said he could give an estimate from a photo. We asked why we couldn't have done that in the first place. Instead, they wasted several days of our time. I had to rearrange my schedule several times to accommodate them. I told the person who arrived at the house that it was bad form and that they needed to get their s**t together. the estimate was vague and the price quoted from looking at the photo we had taken was over 1,400.00 with tax and any permits that may be needed. Not pleased with company. Will not be doing business with them.

i had an awsome experience today! having my propane hot water tank replaced. they were very kind and thoughtful, keeping me informed through the entire process, i couldn't have been happerier with the work they did! and conrad and erin were two young gentleman that truly knew thier jobs, great guys went above and beyond what they had to.even checking out my slow water flow in both my bathrooms and fixed the issues right on the stop. grateful for these guys, for sure ?

According to the Water Dept. I had a major leak. Olympic came when I needed them. They identified the problem and fixed two toilets. Also gave me quotes about replacing the water heater. I was impressed with the professionalism the two men displayed. It was kinda expensive but I haven't needed that kind of repair before so maybe I'm just out of touch with the price.

A few months back, we had a problem develop in one of our showers. They responded in a very timely manner. They worked until they got the job done. My son was the one who called them. A couple of months after, my son got an email about a water heater give away. Long story short, my husband has multiple stage 4 cancers. My son shared his story and he was selected as the winner. My son let me in on it. We then worked with them on setting it all up. The big day arrived, which also happened to be our anniversary. They showed up with the CEO, a sasquatch, swag, a certificate, water heater, balloons and donuts! Our water heater was in a dangerous state. They ended up replacing a very large clunky water heater, with a tankless system. They had it done in record time. They even cleaned up the wall behind it. They brought a lot of joy to my husband that day, to all of us actually. We have 4 generations living here. This kindness will be long remembered. I highly recommend these guys based solely on their ability to get the job done at reasonable cost. Everything else was a huge blessing.
