We had a water heater breakdown episode on Sunday night, and we decided to give Olson Superior Plumbing a try. Daryl and Richard were our technicians, and we can't thank them enough for their professionalism, extremely high level of expertise, and above and beyond customer service!! They did such a fantastic job of helping us troubleshooting and resolving the issue in such a short time window, and very honest about the feasible and practical options that we have to fix the water heater unit without going overboard to just telling us to get a new unit.

I called Olson Superior Plumbing to help with a problem I ran into trying to replace a tub diverter spout. Moe at Olson's came over later that afternoon to have a look. I got an estimate and we agreed to move forward with the repair. As is often the case, once the wall was opened up, we found the job was going to be a bit more than first expected. Moe remedied our issue, spending significantly more time than I suspect he initially expected. The work was done to completion, the bathroom was left in good shape. And the tub fill pipe was fixed so i wouldn't run into the same situation in the future. This is not the first time I've used Olson's and I will definitely use them in the future. The team, starting with Sarah in the office and Moe on the service call were very helpful. I highly recommend Olson's for your plumbing needs.

Quick response and easy to work with. Kurtis came right on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He clearly takes pride in his work, made sure that all grout lines were clean and even, and did a walkthrough with me to ensure all else was in working order.
