Emilie helped me to schedule our new water heater installation, she was super sweet and polite and got us an appointment asap. Everyone is wonderful at OSP, but the star of the show is DARYL! We request Daryl every time and will continue to because he is just that awesome. Very knowledgeable, expert in his field, extremely professional, and really an all around stand up guy. He's honest and never pushes to sell other services, his workmanship is high quality, he's always on time, super kind and easy going! I can't thank this company enough and the wonderful technician Elliott. My elderly tenants were without hot water. I found Olson Superior plumbing on Yelp and read all of the wonderful reviews. I made my decision to call and I am so glad that I did! My experience was amazing from the first phone conversation with Audra to the continuous updating and communication to move our service appointment up, to the time Elliot was in route and fixed our problem. Elliot explained everything that needed to be done in order to prevent any further problems. I thanked him immensely, and he told me that he really appreciated that and that he takes care of his clients as if they were part of his family!
