I called Olson Superior Plumbing to help with a problem I ran into trying to replace a tub diverter spout. Moe at Olson's came over later that afternoon to have a look. I got an estimate and we agreed to move forward with the repair. As is often the case, once the wall was opened up, we found the job was going to be a bit more than first expected. Moe remedied our issue, spending significantly more time than I suspect he initially expected. The work was done to completion, the bathroom was left in good shape. And the tub fill pipe was fixed so i wouldn't run into the same situation in the future. This is not the first time I've used Olson's and I will definitely use them in the future. The team, starting with Sarah in the office and Moe on the service call were very helpful. I highly recommend Olson's for your plumbing needs.

Quick response and easy to work with. Kurtis came right on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He clearly takes pride in his work, made sure that all grout lines were clean and even, and did a walkthrough with me to ensure all else was in working order. Amazing service! We got a letter from the city saying that we had a leak, and we looked everywhere and couldn't find one. We called them, and they came the same day, and in the end they had to solve a very great mystery, we actually had our meter listed wrong with the city and we're paying our neighbors water bill... I was able to get the city water on the phone and sort everything out. Really great service and now we can sleep well. Thank you Carlos Hernandez for your excellent service!

We were pleased that they were able to come out on a Sunday when we found out that the whole mobile home was backed up. Demetrio Carrillo worked very hard, trying to clear the backed up drain line. However, his 75 foot long, automatic snake, was not quite long enough to do the job. Therefore, he was able to call in a coworker who arrived about a half an hour later, with a larger 120 foot long snake, and they both proceeded to clear out the clogged piping., All of our drains were cleared out and working again, and they were able to hose down the outside driveway area inside of the home where some of the sewage had spilled out. We really appreciate it, all of their hard work and professionalism.
