Francisco is an amazing Plumbing Technician! We recently had a warranty repair to our tankless water heater and had a complete whole house water treatment system installed by Francisco. Still 5 stars. Great service and upfront pricing. They are very professional and prompt. After 2 months of using Olson Superior for my kitchen faucet, I invited them back to help fix our bathtub spout which has been wrecked by hard water.

We got fantastic service from Moe Magana. He went right to work removing the faulty part and installing a new one. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me the part that had to be replaced. Moe was on time and did very clean work. We are 100% satisfied to know the job was done right the first time and Olson Superior will stand by their work and repair if something does go wrong.

The price we paid for the work was very fair and there were no surprises. When we booked the appointment, we got a text message from Olson asking for pictures of the area so they can be prepared when they show up.

Recently had our home repiped as we recently purchased an older home. Carlos Hernandez and his team were phenomenal to work with ! His estimates were competitive with other plumbers but we went with Carlos as he was great at communicating . Their work was great and at no cost on labor Carlos worked extra to help finish our piping in garage and sink. I would highly recommend Carlos and Olson Superior Plumbing. We will call him again if plumbing is needed.

Service and quality was outstanding. Had a leak near the water heater and called several plumbing services to see who could make it out quickly. Olson was quick to respond and send someone first thing in the morning. The technician, Francisco, was prompt, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired asap. price was reasonable. I will definitely contact Olson again if plumbing services are needed.

Came to service tankless water heater, also inspected various pipes/faucets. Found that my water pressure regulator needs replacement, and gave me a quote to fix it but wasn't too pushy with me to use his company for that, which I appreciate.
