Out to fix an issue with our drain and he was the first to see the issue and fixed it right away. Other plumbers only cleaned it and told me to poor cleaner down. He actually replaced the pipe that was causing it. So glad we found Olson plumbing! Customer service was amazing and love the guarantee! Thanks again!

Just said goodbye to Elliott, who did a very professional and quick garbage disposal replacement, and also replaced an old P trap. He called me 20 minutes before arriving to give me a heads up. Upon arrival, he put on booties over his shoes without me even asking. Great guy and excellent work. You will love working with this company!

It is unfortunate to be writing this review as we have used Olson Superior Plumbing for the past 3 years. The last 6 months with this company has been a headache to say the least.

In November of 2022 we had a shower valve break, resulting in a technician recommending a new part etc. They assured me this would be ordered and taken care of within a month. Late December 2022, I was informed that the technician never ordered this part after following up to see when we were to expect the next appointment.This put us back to square one, still with a broken shower. End of January 2023, Olson installed their recommended handle/valve to fix the broken shower. In the last 4 months this recommended part has broken 5 times. Today, I am writing this with an unusable shower after a visit from them yesterday.

Each time a different technician was coming out with no previous knowledge on our account, new recommendations, and zero notes taken on account for the next technician. Calling in to the office and re explaining the situation to front desk staff gets exhausting. We have not had issues like this with our shower prior to Olson working on it. The part that was installed was recommended by their technicians yet we are being charged for it to be fixed during visit calls.

Phil came to our home on time and was dressed professionally. After a brief conversation about my leaking faucet we agreed that best course of action was to replace the entire faucet rather than swapping out the cartridges.

Phil completed the job fairly quickly and cleaned up the area. He was easy to talk with and explain what he was going to do to resolve my leaking faucet.

I would recommend Olson Superior Plumbing to anyone needing to get plumbing work done to their home.

right away. He is very friendly, easy to talk, knowledgeable and clearly explained everything. He quickly solve issue and went above and beyond on my shower faucet issues. I was impressed. I will definitely call Olson for any plumbing issue.

Our entire house's toilets were overflowing on a late evening a few days ago. I was panicking because most plumbing companies were closed since it's after 9pm. I was so happy to find Olson Superior Plumbing, a 24/7 company. The lady(sorry, I didn't get her name) who answered my call was very helpful and comforting, she ensured me that I was in good hands. A few minutes later, Ericsson from Olson Superior called me. He said he could try to locate a plumber for me that night but not guaranteed, however, he could definitely get me a plumber the next morning. We decided to wait until morning. A little after 6am next day, Bryon Shute from Olson Superior showed up. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Since our house doesn't have many cleanouts, Bryan had to move a toilet to unclog the main drain. He was very patient with all my questions and courteous, and he cleaned up after the job was done.

I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I contacted Olsen Superior to receive a third-party opinion on identifying moisture damage from a pipe leak.
