Relighting the hot water heater. Phil was very good in diagnosing out problem with the hot water heater. He was very professional. He also replaced our water pressure regulator. We are satisfied and happy with his work. We want to request him back if we need a plumber for future needs.

So happy with the communication and service I was provided. I had an under-the-counter water heater in my kitchen replaced due to a leak with the old one. They were helpful in checking for nearby places for a replacement so I could have it done before Christmas Day. I was able to text pictures and communicate via text which is so convenient. They text me the day before to remind me of the appointment time, when they were on their way and after to ensure I was happy with their service. They also do not hike up the rate due to living in a higher income area.

We had a gas line leak on a Saturday late afternoon and the gas was shut off... They called back that evening insured they could help and scheduled a tech to come out Monday.
An experienced, very thorough tech with great customer service came out and fixed the leak asap. Great company and service all around!!!

I gave an overall rating of 4/5 simply because I hope the company will fix an issue related to their advertising. They have on their Yelp page, and I believe even on their trucks that they offer ""Free Estimates."" In fact, they are only free if you hire them to do the work on the same day as the estimate. This is not really a free estimate. I hope that they will change this so that their advertising will match all of the other elements of this company. If they do address this, they are absolutely a 5/5 company worth doing business with.

Wanted to leave positive feedback about Olson Superior Plumbing, the best customer service I've experienced with a service company, super impressed there, we had a few hiccups along the way for various reasons, but very pleased with how the situation was resolved. In the end, we had Phil complete the work who was obviously an expert, and gave us a lot of helpful feedback, brought us top quality equipment like the garbage disposal, and faucet, did a very good job on all the installations made sure everything was working properly, and alerted us to anything that might come up in the future, very professional, and friendly and extremely helpful in trying to resolve every issue that came up. I felt like they went above and beyond to make us happy, especially to correct the problems that did come up and making sure that we are satisfied. I would definitely recommend Olson Superior Plumbing to anyone looking for high-quality work and a professional customer friendly experience. They threw in a lot of extras, and even waived, some fees to make us happy, clearly they're interested in keeping long-term customers not just making a quick buck. The prices might be higher than some other places for certain services but as usual you get what you pay for.
