Trang N.We woke up to a large pool of water in the middle of our kitchen and started calling different leak detection companies. By far the most responsive and friendly were the people we spoke to at Olson. Annie, the scheduler, was cheerful and very informative. Shane, the repiping PM, was highly communicative and had great energy. The best was Logan, our technician! Logan had a great and positive attitude. He kept us updated on his status from before he arrived at our house and all along the way as he worked. He was very passionate and provided us with excellent and highly detailed information about our problem and the possible solutions.
All in all, we highly recommend Olson! Seems to be a very well run company with happy and well trained employees!

Marie K.I asked Santa for a new bathroom faucet but I asked God for help when I discovered I couldn't install it myself like I thought I could. As always God came through and then some!!! I contacted Olson Superior Plumbing. In the past they have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and just wonderful humanbeings regarding my plumbing needs. Via wonderful Kelly in their office they sent Phil to my home yesterday! He was terrific. He installed my faucet and found that the turn off/on valves were old and seriously corroding. Without going into detail my financial situation is in a very bad way. Through their 'People over Plumbing Program' they helped me be able to afford the fix. Their Master Plumber Eric Olsen has such a heart for people. So does the entire company. Big shout out the Emily in the office who was helpful and encouraging. This is is truly a miracle in my life. Huge kudos to JOSH and MOE for installing a Halo house water filter installed inside our garage today!
Upon first arrival, both Josh and Moe greeted us like old friends with a smile and can-do attitude (very reassuring, and confident in their abilities), and were so excited to be there to help us on our water filtration journey (we've had water issues in the past and were so ready for this install!)
Josh asked me whether or not we wanted the filter inside our garage or outside by our water hose. He said that the decision was entirely up to us, but that it did require power for connection. That fueled our decision for inside the garage since there are quite a few electrical outlets insid
