They were wonderful! I called them at 8:30 AM and they were there by 9:15 to fix a problem I was having with a valve and the timer. They replaced the timer, fixed the valve and were done before 10. Very professional, polite and their work was neat. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I recently installed an inline fertilizer for my yard and after 3 months the backflow preventer did not work. I called several irrigation plumbers but they either did not show up, could not do the job or were very expensive. When I called Jose, he showed up the same day and was very professional. He gave me an estimate and we agreed that I buy the parts. 2 days later I called him and let him know I had all the parts; expecting he would do it the next few days. Instead he came out the same day and did a great job. He is not the cheapest one, but he does quality work and it is worth it.

Somewhat expensive rates, overall good experience for sprinkler leak repair (2 cracks in line). It is difficult to find reliable sprinkler repair experts, so we were happy with the results.

THE GOOD - Responsive - came out same day for estimate and next day for repair. Knowledgeable - seemed to know what they are doing - solved some complex issues with strange plumbing configuration and tree root issues. Patient - explained what they were doing (as I watched them like a hawk). Parts available - they have a trailer with them with a large parts selection, to be able to solve many problems onsite, without having to go to the store. Good cleanup afterwards. 1 year warranty.

THE BAD (ish) - Somewhat expensive rates - about $400 for two hours work, two men. Another plumber said $300 may have been a good price, but we could not wait. Almost flaked out - two hours after agreeing to come, he called back right before he was supposed to be at our house for the estimate, and said it is too far to come - after I expressed displeasure about waiting till the last minute to cancel, he did agree to come.

TIPS - Get a second estimate if you have time; ask about how they will do the job and what exactly they will do.

Crew came out and found a main line irrigation leak that had been costing me hundreds extra a month. No clues in where it could have been only the water bill to show for it. 3 feet down in a place I never would have expected. Then they came back and did some adjustments to my sprinkler timings and fixed another broken pipe in one of the zones I was unaware of. Prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

I discovered a ""wet"" area in our lawn and started calling plumbers, after calling another company first they said they couldn't come out for 3 days so after reading the reviews I called Olivio. Jose said he could come later same day. After digging about a 5 foot hole in the lawn they found the main pipe water leak. Unfortunately Jose is really busy right now and his days are already full so he said he would come back the next day to repair. True to his word he did come back the next day (actually at night) and fixed the leak. I would defiantly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
