Called on a Saturday afternoon, as one of my stations wasn't working and Jose was out within the hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly, had all the repair parts at hand and was done in less than 1/2 hours time! Jose was very polite and professional. The charge was very, very reasonable! I will be calling him soon to do a complete ""tune up"". I would highly recommend Olivio Irrigation with no hesitation.

Olivio has been our go to guy for all things landscape for over 5 years now!!! He has done sprinklers and drip for two of our homes. He has also done French drains, snaked all our outside drains that weren't draining appropriately, found leaks in our system, and helped me with advise on plants and fertilizers. We have had some really difficult jobs and he has taken on the challenge every time and delivered a perfect end product. He is very responsive to phone calls and is usually able to schedule our projects within a couple weeks of estimate. I highly recommend him for any of your jobs. He may be a little more expensive than other guys but I promise you his work is worth every extra penny!!! He does it right the first time.

I have been having a problem with my outdoor irrigation system for about three years, we had a leak somewhere, our water bill kept going up and up,

I had many gardeners trying to find the problem, but never successful.

What we needed was a professional diagnosis expert.

A friend of mine recommended Jose Olivio , he is licensed, expert in testing and diagnosing any leaking (outdoor) problem.

He came as promised, on time with two trucks, equipment and two men, (it was a lot of work) but he located the problem and fixed it in one day.
He wrote down on the contract that the work he did is 1 year guaranteed( parts and labor)

My husband and I were were impressed, he is very professional, punctual, reliable and the fallows up even after the work is done, to make sure that everything is 100% functional.

What a great bunch, they came out and found a small leak in my irrigation system. Thought it would be like finding a needle in a haystack but they found it. Left the yard and sidewalk pristine, literally looked like nothing had been done, amazing.

We found Olivio here on Yelp and had other estimates to fix a rather large irrigation system and fix drainage pipes. Jose walked us through solutions, and showed us areas that needed attention.

We felt he & crew were very knowledge, courteous and reliable. Jose even came back twice to make adjustments (our wooden fence was getting a little wet), provided us with the best fair price, and followed up months later (now) to see how things were going. Outdoor drains had a large amount of soil in pipes.

Awesome, Jose came out and knew exactly what was wrong based on the symptoms I explained. The Sprinkler controller was bad and he recommended replacement. He had the same unit on hand, the old one was 20 years old and everything worked right away. It would have taken me forever to figure the exact issue out.

Called in the morning to explain I had water in yard either from sprinkler line or main water line. Jose came that afternoon and had it fixed. He could have uncharged me --- but instead only replaced a valve. He expertly identified the problem. Very reasonable and nice too!!!
