This is the worse plumbing company in the East Bay. Their plumbers are incompetent and the office staff are horrible about backing their work, following through on purchase orders and dealing with customers.
I highly recommend ""not"" using this company for anything.

I came into Olivero's with a sink that was missing a faucet. The sink was for an Animal Hospital exhibit at Habitot Children's Museum. The sink, which runs entirely on the imagination (no real water involved) had been in storage for years, and in that time building code had changed in CA. I couldn't buy a faucet that fit anywhere. In my searching store to store, someone recommended that I try Olivero's, and thank goodness they did. The people at Olivero's were so extremely kind and helpful! They searched until they found an old special order that had never been used and they put it on the exhibit sink, and they didn't charge Habitot a thing. It meant so much to me (as the person responsible for showing up at work with a sink ready for the imagination) and every donation helps small non-profits like Habitot in a big way. Thanks!

We called Olivero Plumbing at one o'clock on a Wednesday with a leaking pipe in a wall at my grandmother's home. It appeared to have been leaking for sometime, but we did not notice it until this day. They were booked until Friday, but upon hearing our concern they figured out a way for one of their employees to come out after his last appointment. When Vincent arrived he was very gracious to my grandmother (91 yo) and patiently answered all her questions. He then quickly replaced the pipe and fittings, resolving our concern about continued water damage to the wall. Great work and we were very appreciative of their willingness to figure out a way to help us that day. We highly recommend Olivero Plumbing and will continue to use them.

This morning we had a TOTO Washlet installed by Olivero Plumbing of El Cerrito, CA. Although I didn't get his name, his service was wonderful. First he arrived in the time frame Olivero's said he would. Next I was pleased, not surprised, but pleased, that he had installed this type of equipment for others, so he was quite experienced. This meant it took him only about 40 minutes to unpack the device from the box it was shipped in, install it on our toilet, clean up his work area and carry the left over packing refuse out to his truck.
Just another example of the exemplary service we have received from Olivero Plumbing of El Cerrito over the 39 years we have lived in El Cerrito!

We called with a stopped-up toilet, very worried because we had a brunch planned for the week-end. Olivero worked us in. They sent Steve out the morning after we called. Steve was on time and was great with our 109 pound dog. (She scares a lot of people.) (He is a real dog whisperer.) Steve got our toilet fixed - also looked after a slow bathtub drain and left the area nice and clean. Steve and Olivero really helped us out. They were great.

A great experience with Steve from Olivera. i called them re a leaking toilet on Monday. They were very business-like on the phone, gave me a three hour window for the following day. Steve took care of the problem in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up after himself, and was very friendly. Definitely a keeper.
