I was in desperate need of a plumber. I can turn the water to the house off but cannot replace the toilets. I tried to book a couple of other companies but they did not respond. Then I called my neighbor for a referral and he suggested Olivero's. Then I read the glowing review that Toni M wrote I knew this would be the company for me, so I called them first thing the next day. A real person in their office answered the phone; I did not have to leave a message. I was impressed, she said that the working on the plumber's schedule and would call me back within an hour, which she did. The 24-hour plumbers where I left a message never called me back.
The plumber came out and replaced the toilet and the shut-off valve. He was pleasant and worked quickly and turned my water back on. The only hitch was his card swipe did not work properly, first, it did not work at all and then it told him I had insufficient funds. He put the number in manually, it took the card. He aphorized before he drove off; I went into the house and admired his work. I need some more work done it is not urgent the work can wait. When I decide to have it done I will call this company.

Our shower was blocked and they drained it 4 months ago. The plumber who came said that there is an 8 month warranty. The drain became blocked again 4 months later and when I made the appt, they told me they will not charge me. The plumber did the same job and they sent a bill for even more money than what I paid the first time. Don't waste your time with this company.

The initial customer service experience was lacking and continued to devolve. If you speak with an accent you should consider having someone else call for you. After my husband took the time to explain what he needed the receptionist or whoever she is got back on the phone and asked what he needed. He politely explained that he had just explained to the other employee. She abruptly said ""we can't help you call someone else!!"" All we wanted was a quote but ended up with unnecessary hostility. If you have these guys on your list scratch them off. You can find people who are kinder and less expensive.

I love this company! They are just the best. Our sink was clogged today. I have a baby... dishes were piling up. They came right out, Vincent is so nice and kind. The woman (didn't get her name) who answers the phone is great too! We used them before and also had amazing honest, fast reliable service! Our go to plumbers.

We needed a new water heater and decided on a tankless. Olivero Plumbing did a wonderful job. All done in less than a day. Very professional.

Im speechless, We hired this company to do a backflow test that is required by EBMUD back in March. today we got a 48 hours cancelation notice because this company did not send the backflow test results back to EBMUD. I called the office to ask what's going on only to talk to a very unprofessional lady name Julie. I explained we received a 48 hours notice from EBMUD and to that she responded yes I bet you did , if you bothered to read our invoice it said that we will send the results once the invoice was paid. I responded our office called and paid 2 month ego , at that point she lost her temper, blurred some insulting comments and hung up the phone. Every time we tried to call since she picked up and hanged up. I called EBMUD to report this company, They will flag your business and will not add you to their recommendation to your company. My Next call will be to CSLB to fill a miss conduct complaint.

With our bathroom sinks backing up, and my small drain snake not up for the challenge, I called Olivero Plumbing to fix the problem. After Bill worked the drain, went on the roof with a power drain snake to clear the blockage via the roof pipe vents and then crawled under the house for further inspection, he cut the drainage pipe and found acorns clogging the pipes!
With oak trees around us, our nearby flock of Acorn Woodpeckers had evidently dropped acorns down the drain vents over the years, leading to a major clog in several lines. Bill pulled in Kyle, who came by a couple of days later with Moro. The two cleaned out the blocked lines and put wire mesh screens on all our roof drain vents to prevent a repeat performance by the Woodpeckers.
All in all, very creative plumbing work by the Olivero crew. Bill, Kyle and Moro were great. They really impressed me with their thoroughness, professionalism and initiative. They even left everything clean after the work was done. If I could give out more than five stars, I would.

Yesterday our shower would not turn off. I called Olivero and they had a plumber at our house within 45 minutes. The Woman who answered the phone - Julie? - asked me some questions which made sure that they had the right parts in the truck that came and so they fixed our problem with one visit. A couple of months ago we hired them for a bigger project involving relocating a long pipe Under our house. They did that when scheduled and for a reasonable price. The woman who answers the phone can be brusque but she is very knowledgeable and takes care of business and the plumbing work has been excellent.

I don't generally ever have time to write reviews, but I'm so flabbergasted with the experience I had today with Olivero Plumbing Company, that I had to speak out. I have been a customer of Olivero's since 1983. I have noticed in the past 10 years or so, they have been getting worse in the front office, and harder to deal with in general. I had a trap replaced under my kitchen sink about 1 1/2 years ago, and noticed today that it had a very slight drip at one of the connections. I called expecting to hear they would have the plumber I deal with stop by and take care of it. The job couldn't possibly take more than 10-15 minutes and I live less than 5 minutes from their location. Instead I was told by Julie that she couldn't warrant that and I would have to pay full price for an hour's service call. When I asked, ""Is this the way you treat a long term customer,"" she told me that if I didn't like it I should find another plumbing company! I have been around, and spent many years in a service related company before going into self employment until I retired a few years ago. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in my entire life! Needless to say, I am through with them, and strongly suggest that you would be well off to avoid this business altogether. They have only one plumber who is competent, and he will be retiring soon. I should also mention the last 3 times I had them out for service, the job was not done right, and they had to return to do the repair properly. This was once a fine business, but is now a company that is sinking fast. The women that take the calls will soon drive away whatever business they have left. They are without a doubt the worst customer service individuals I have ever dealt with, they act as if you are bothering them when you call up with a problem. I hung in for longer than I should have, because I liked the one plumber I dealt with, but today's experience was the last straw for me!

Wow, I called these folks after getting a recommendation from a friend, but looked on Yelp first and saw all the one star reviews for the person who answers the phone. I never put much credence in people getting upset about conversations, figuring the person had a bad day or similar. But they were absolutely right. The woman who answered the phone interrupted me multiple times to talk over me in an exhausted voice as though talking to me for the literal 15 second conversation was a chore. I started asking if I could describe my situation and got interrupted by her staying their hourly rates, in a tone that sounded like she felt I was interrupting her. Then I asked if I could describe the situation and get a ballpark for how long it'd take and she said ""No."" full stop just ""no."" I got the extremely strong vibe she just didn't want to be talking to me, didn't want business... Wild stuff. I said ""okay thanks"" she said ""yep"" and that was it. They never even asked if I wanted to get somebody out there, or where the problem is, or anything! No indication that they might like to go do the work. I've never encountered anything like it. After that they put me on a phone list to receive marketing messages! For what? To say no to doing work? I've never written a one star review before, so congrats to them, they did it.
