I'll always be grateful to my brother-in-law for recommending Olivero Plumbing to me. My home has had several plumbing issues the past few years and Olivero has successfully fixed every one of them at a reasonable price. Vince, one of their technicians, in particular is wonderful and really takes the time to explain issues and the best course of action to fix them. Julie in their central office is great, too, and has always gotten technicians out to my home as fast as she can.

My one gripe about Olivero is that communication does break down between the technicians and central office/scheduling. If a technician says central office will call you, I highly recommend calling central office yourself to ensure the ball keeps rolling.

When having two homes prepped for sale, Olivero performed miracles. So when I found my home IN El Cerrito I called them.
The dispatcher was so helpful and Vincent came within the hour. New appliances I've never experienced so it was my ignorance on how to turn the gas stove on. I thought the water line installed for the refrigerator. He pulled the refrigerator out and found there was a line but not connected. He hooked me up and now I have ice or water.
This company deserves more than 5 stars from my experiences

I have been using Olivero Plumbing for years. They have done everything from a very large commercial build out to something as minor as installing a faucet in my residence. If you want something done right the first time then these are the guys to call.

I was in desperate need of a plumber. I can turn the water to the house off but cannot replace the toilets. I tried to book a couple of other companies but they did not respond. Then I called my neighbor for a referral and he suggested Olivero's. Then I read the glowing review that Toni M wrote I knew this would be the company for me, so I called them first thing the next day. A real person in their office answered the phone; I did not have to leave a message. I was impressed, she said that the working on the plumber's schedule and would call me back within an hour, which she did. The 24-hour plumbers where I left a message never called me back.

The plumber came out and replaced the toilet and the shut-off valve. He was pleasant and worked quickly and turned my water back on. The only hitch was his card swipe did not work properly, first, it did not work at all and then it told him I had insufficient funds. He put the number in manually, it took the card. He aphorized before he drove off; I went into the house and admired his work. I need some more work done it is not urgent the work can wait. When I decide to have it done I will call this company.

Our shower was blocked and they drained it 4 months ago. The plumber who came said that there is an 8 month warranty. The drain became blocked again 4 months later and when I made the appt, they told me they will not charge me. The plumber did the same job and they sent a bill for even more money than what I paid the first time. Don't waste your time with this company.

The initial customer service experience was lacking and continued to devolve. If you speak with an accent you should consider having someone else call for you. After my husband took the time to explain what he needed the receptionist or whoever she is got back on the phone and asked what he needed. He politely explained that he had just explained to the other employee. She abruptly said ""we can't help you call someone else!!"" All we wanted was a quote but ended up with unnecessary hostility. If you have these guys on your list scratch them off. You can find people who are kinder and less expensive.

Im speechless, We hired this company to do a backflow test that is required by EBMUD back in March. today we got a 48 hours cancelation notice because this company did not send the backflow test results back to EBMUD. I called the office to ask what's going on only to talk to a very unprofessional lady name Julie. I explained we received a 48 hours notice from EBMUD and to that she responded yes I bet you did , if you bothered to read our invoice it said that we will send the results once the invoice was paid. I responded our office called and paid 2 month ego , at that point she lost her temper, blurred some insulting comments and hung up the phone. Every time we tried to call since she picked up and hanged up. I called EBMUD to report this company, They will flag your business and will not add you to their recommendation to your company. My Next call will be to CSLB to fill a miss conduct complaint.
