This is the shadiest company I've ever encountered, I have absolutely no idea how they are in business. I got a new quote for a job I had considered Carl for and was quoted about 10k less, the guy was baffled when I had told him the amount I had been quoted from this place. They have some EXTREMELY concerning reviews on Google too, as well as Facebook. One person even accused Carl of commiting fraud, so idk what going on with this place but something needs to change. Go elsewhere, you can find better and cheaper I promise you. Go for a more reputable company.

I've been using Old Towne Plumbing for close to 15 years. Carl the owner is super nice guy. His lead guy Ralph has worked on my old 1925 built home for years. We replaced the sections that needed to be replaced. they are honest, most of my neighbors are talked into whole house upgrades(plumbing, electric, etc) These guys ask, so you want to spend all the money in one shot or fix whats needed. So, over 15 years, I've upgraded all of my plumbing, section by section, For me, it was easier to absorb the cost. Most contractrs will paint a doom and gloom sitituation that you have to do all of the work in one shot. Yes, I knew that I would have top replace all of the plumbing someday, but every couple of years is so much easier. TGhey are super easy to make an appointment with, and if its an emergecy, they will make it happen. As an owner of an old house, I can say I have had my share of bad contactors, But I have never had a problem with Carl and his crew.

I was excited to find a new plumber in the area and I love supporting local family run businesses. I found Old Towne Plumbing on Nextdoor as several folks in my neighborhood recommended Old Towne. I called on Saturday and got their answering service and they sent my number to Carl the owner. He called me right away and he offered that his tech could come later today or Monday. I confirmed with my tenant that she preferred Monday and called Carl back, he said to text him her number and he would set up the appointment. Which I did. And that's where it derailed.

No one called my tenant on Saturday or today. My tenant also messaged around 10AM - no response. I called at 3 and left a message then I got a text back asking me to text him. I did asking if anyone had called my tenant yet. No reply. 4:15 I text again - saying ""hello?"" No reply. i am pretty understanding and probably would have taken a lame excuse - but I didn't even get a chance to hear one. Sorry, I guess I am still looking for a family business that will follow through.

Carl and all his employees are fast and reliable. Anytime I have had any pluming issues at either of my stores, I call them. I'm thankful to have this company on speed dial and I recommend them to everyone!

My laundry shut off valve started leaking. Nextdoor.com had several recommendations for Old Towne Plumbing. It was already after 3 pm on a Friday but they said they would get someone out as soon as possible. Carey called me back. He was in the middle of a job in Orange but said he would come out once he was finished. Even though he didn't complete his other job until after 6 o'clock, he still came out to my Irvine address. The job was more involved than either of us thought because the original valve was out-of-spec and could not be simply replaced with similar valve. Carey drove to a local Lowe's to find a better replacement valve. Because it was getting late, he patched things up so that there wouldn't be any leaks that night and said he would return the next morning. To my surprise, Carey and Aaron came out Saturday morning and worked to get everything right. They assured me that they would ""take it easy"" on the billing since the job couldn't be fixed the first day ( night ). True to their word, their final bill was extremely reasonable. The job was done right and done with friendliness and fairness. You always hear stories about people who overcharge or who do poor work. Not the case with Old Towne Plumbing. They will be my go-to company for any future work. You can call them with confidence! Thank you Carey and Aaron!!!

Seriously the nicest plumbers and best work we have ever had done. Efficient and knowledgeable. Priced reasonably and worth every penny. Cari is literally the nicest guy I've ever met. He goes over and beyond for his customers.

Toilets at the office went down 10 employees that where holding it .... ONE CALL, to Carl at OTP and he had his guy Kelly there within the hour fixed the blockage made sure both bathrooms where working and off to the next rescue he went! YOU need a Plumber Call OTP!

I've been with old Towne for about 7 weeks plus years and they are the best team. They are accurate and ensuring that all jobs are done timely. I had so many issues with my AC unit that in the end the owner got involved which I ended up with a brand new upgraded unit and resetting my warranty. Ralph who is one of the service guy is very nice and has full knowledge of the AC units and always deliveries quality work. I highly recommend Old Towne for their honesty and full service.
