We found out from a big, well-known plumbing company that our drainage was slow because the sewer line needs descaling. They quoted us an outrageous price...said we'll think about it. A friend recommended Ogami Plumbing. I called them and they quoted a per hour price and thought it was reasonable so we scheduled an appointment. They descaled maybe half way but the blockage was bad so they said jetting needs to be done to remove the scales. They came back a week and a half later. They had to dig our concrete driveway where the clean out was, modify and process the jetting. They did a great job to clear the sewer line and we still paid less than what we would've paid the other big company for just the descaling.

We called other plumbing companies for a plumbing issue, didn't receive a call back from some and others gave us a ridiculous quote just to come take look. Ogami plumbing called back ASAP set up a day and time and was very reasonable. Brad came out to take care of our issue, he was professional, very courteous, he assessed and solved our plumbing problem quickly. We would definitely recommend this company.

Our rental's shower faucet had some issues.the valve handle was stripped and the spigot dripped even when the valves we're closed. Easy fix but I didnt want to mess with the property. The Property management got Ogami to stop by and check it out. The plumber was pretty called ahead and asked if it was a good time to stop by. He came and was pretty courteous. Our apartment shared a main with other units and he checked with each one before he shut everything down. We almost weren't able to do work because a neighbor needed water. I respected and appreciated this. He left but then came back quickly after. Our neighbor had waved him down and said he could work. He got to work pretty quick. He said it would take about an hour but it was probably more like 30. He was quick! He replaced parts and caulked the valves. Asked us to wait before using the shower. All in all he was pretty friendly but professional in manner and skill.

So my main sewer drain has always had a blockage since I can remember being at this property. Every year or so, the sewer backs up and we call Roto Rooter to open it with the longest snake they had. So the clog occurred again so this time I tried to call a local plumber. I called Ogami Plumbing and Billy came out the next morning. He was able to retrieve the blockage (white roots like a birds nest) and really researched with his plumbing camera the pipes and found the problem location. On another day, his nephew and a worker drilled down to the pipe to find a puncture from an awful looking root. Trees are an amazing force of nature. So happy Billy continued with this challenge of this new house over an old house plumbing situation. So far so good.

Awesome work !! After two previous Plumbing Companies were a no show and one did half of what was really required..... Ogami showed up !! Punctual, Professional and Detailed. Billy has done work for my properties before through my former property mgr. Met him for the first time yesterday. Asked him to inspect the plumbing for a unit I was buying. He was on time as promised! While testing a valve he broke off a rusty shut off valve and went to work right away replacing it extremely fast! Such skill! He even had the part in his truck. He took full responsibility and didn't charge me for the cost! What a nice guy! I chose him because he is a licensed plumbing contractor so he has insurance. That is reassuring because the valve started to leak and could have caused some major damage to the unit and to it's neighbors. Best of all he charges a fair price, he is extremely nice and he has a great sense of humor too! Cost was lower than what Allen's plumbing quoted me. I will definitely use him again and again! And btw, this is not a solicited review. I'm just an extremely satisfied customer!

I'm a multiple repeat customer of Ogami Plumbing. This was an emergency re broken gas hot water heater supply line. Sprung a leak late on a Sunday night. Although they don't work on Sundays, I texted them and they responded promptly by 6:50am Monday morning. Brad and his partner were at my house by 8:40am and finished the repairs in less than an hour. They put in copper supply lines and a new cutoff valve, a vast improvement on the cheaper S/S metal mesh originals. Gave me tips on watching for future problems with the nearly 10 year old gas heater and checked the gas fittings. Their hourly rate is very reasonable. They're responsive, on time and very professional. You will never have to wait all day for them.
