Awesome work !! After two previous Plumbing Companies were a no show and one did half of what was really required..... Ogami showed up !! Punctual, Professional and Detailed. Cleaned up after themselves and we're extremely polite and respectful of my home and time. Thanks Ian and Chaz will definitely call them again for all future work and will recommend to everyone !!

Billy has done work for my properties before through my former property mgr. Met him for the first time yesterday. Asked him to inspect the plumbing for a unit I was buying. He was on time as promised! While testing a valve he broke off a rusty shut off valve and went to work right away replacing it extremely fast! Such skill! He even had the part in his truck. He took full responsibility and didn't charge me for the cost! What a nice guy! I chose him because he is a licensed plumbing contractor so he has insurance. That is reassuring because the valve started to leak and could have caused some major damage to the unit and to it's neighbors. Best of all he charges a fair price, he is extremely nice and he has a great sense of humor too! Cost was lower than what Allen's plumbing quoted me. I will definitely use him again and again! And btw, this is not a solicited review. I'm just an extremely satisfied customer!

I'm a multiple repeat customer of Ogami Plumbing. This was an emergency re broken gas hot water heater supply line. Sprung a leak late on a Sunday night. Although they don't work on Sundays, I texted them and they responded promptly by 6:50am Monday morning. Brad and his partner were at my house by 8:40am and finished the repairs in less than an hour. They put in copper supply lines and a new cutoff valve, a vast improvement on the cheaper S/S metal mesh originals. Gave me tips on watching for future problems with the nearly 10 year old gas heater and checked the gas fittings. Their hourly rate is very reasonable. They're responsive, on time and very professional. You will never have to wait all day for them.

If I could give a 10 Star, I would. I just had Ogami Plumbing to do a lot of plumbing work for me today and they were absolutely WONDERFUL. Not only did they work extremely hard but they were so nice, friendly and professional. Not knowing anything about plumbing, I asked a lot of questions and they responded without hesitation or making me feel as if I didn't know anything which I didn't. I HIGHLY recommend this company - and already have. Hats off to a company that cares about their work and their customers.

The crew was courteous and professional. Any questions were clearly answered and they made sure I understood what was going on. Ogami doesn't advertise; they let the work and word of mouth do it for them. They even came by a few days later to make sure everything worked properly. Some companies advertise a lot--and charge a lot! Unless something untoward happens, we recommend Ogami as a company to give serious consideration.

I called late Friday afternoon because of a leaking ice maker/water dispenser line on my refrigerator... he offered me 2 time slots for the next say, a Saturday! The young man showed up, with a pre-call alerting me to his coming arrival. He was polite, neatly groomed, and efficient. He quickly determined it was parts of the LG refrigerator at fault, not the plumbing/feed line from the wall. He told me how to fix it, which parts to buy, and where, and how to install them. I asked him what his fee was, he said probably no charge, called his boss to advocate on my behalf as a non-issue 5 minute visit, and, shazam, a no-charge professional plumber visit, on time, on a Saturday, and by a gentleman who was a compliment to his company.

Highly recommend Ogami! Since we are renters, our landlord always sends Ogami whenever we have plumbing issues, which is maybe once every two years. In the few times that we've needed them, their service has been great! Billy is really good and gets the job done in no time.

Thank you Matt Smith of Ogami plumbing. I will be calling on Ogami plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. They are fantastic. I called on Friday afternoon and they came to fix my clogged mainline on Saturday morning. Matt worked hard and kept a smile on his face the whole time. He has a wonderful attitude and is very knowledgeable about any plumbing matter. The prices are extremely fair. I will be recommending Ogami plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

After having my mother getting ripped off from Roto Rooter, I was hesitant on which plumber to call for work on my house. I was referred to Ogami Plumbing from another plumber I called (they couldn't do my job right away). Luckily for me my job was small and they could squeeze me in between jobs. They were very nice about the entire process gave me an estimated time when they would come, called when they were on their way to let me know. Came to my house and took care of the stuck drain in no time. They were careful to put down rags to ensure the area they were working was clean and cleaned the sink area and ensured the clog was completely free. The person that came to work on my house was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company.
