They plumber came to replace wax ring on my toilet for $272, took about an hour. The problem of water seeping out from the foot of toilet seemed to be fixed. However, the caulking around the foot of the toilet was sloppy, incomplete, there is a half inch hole in one place and in another area it looked like the caulking has disappeared. I called for the plumber to return and complete the caulking, Brad answered, said he would let the plumber know, I waited for 3 hours, no one showed. Called again, he said the same thing, I waited for another 2 hours, no one showed. I called again, no one answered this time, I left a message and had not heard from him again. I suppose I will have to pay another to finish the job. I wish these people would have some sense of professional courtesy and responsibility. So please be careful and try to find someone that will follow up on their work.

I live in a 50+ year old hi-rise condo in Honolulu. I had a leaking toilet tank and they replaced the bowl gasket. I also had them replace an old toilet fill valve. They take the time to make sure everything is working properly after fixing. The plumbers are very courteous explaining everything to you. They did a great job cleaning up after the work. The price is very reasonable. I will always call Ogami for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

I live in a 40+ year old high rise in Hawaii-kai. Recently, my 40+ year old bath tub became stuck. It would not drain no matter what chemical City Mill sold me. Based on some condo recommendations, I contacted Ogami Plumbing and the very next day two plumbers came and removed and replaced an extremely deteriorated drain access plate and valve. 2hours later, I was taking a shower with draining water. Great service!

We found out from a big, well-known plumbing company that our drainage was slow because the sewer line needs descaling. They quoted us an outrageous price...said we'll think about it. A friend recommended Ogami Plumbing. I called them and they quoted a per hour price and thought it was reasonable so we scheduled an appointment. They descaled maybe half way but the blockage was bad so they said jetting needs to be done to remove the scales. They came back a week and a half later. They had to dig our concrete driveway where the clean out was, modify and process the jetting. They did a great job to clear the sewer line and we still paid less than what we would've paid the other big company for just the descaling.

Ogami plumbing called back ASAP set up a day and time and was very reasonable. Brad came out to take care of our issue, he was professional, very courteous, he assessed and solved our plumbing problem quickly. We would definitely recommend this company.
