Established in 1975, O'Cain Construction is a family-operated company, currently directed by Michael O'Cain, the second-generation owner. With yearly sales ranging from 10 to 15 million dollars, this mid-sized company is committed to producing superior construction projects at competitive prices. Timely project completion is a priority, ensuring the owner's interests are always considered. Currently, we operate in South Carolina and Georgia, but we are open to expanding our services to other regions in the Southeast.

Our goal is to establish enduring relationships based on integrity and outstanding service. We are dedicated to offering the best service, support, and response times in the industry. Mike, a Civil Engineering alumnus of Clemson University, brings over 25 years of construction experience to the company. Since becoming the President and sole owner in October 1999, he has transformed the company from 6 employees and $2 million in annual sales to a workforce of over 40 and annual sales surpassing $12 million. Having spent many years in the field, Mike is acutely aware of the intricate details involved in all projects undertaken. He is actively engaged in project management and estimating, ensuring that each project receives his personal attention regarding budget, schedule, and quality control.
