Since 1975, O'Cain Construction has been a family-run business, managed by Michael O'Cain, who represents the second generation. This mid-sized firm generates annual sales between 10 and 15 million dollars, and takes pride in delivering high-quality construction projects while adhering to industry-standard pricing. Projects are completed promptly, always keeping the owner's best interests in mind. While we currently serve South Carolina and Georgia, we are available to work in additional Southeast locations.

Mike, a Civil Engineering alumnus of Clemson University, brings over 25 years of construction experience to the company. Since becoming the President and sole owner in October 1999, he has transformed the company from 6 employees and $2 million in annual sales to a workforce of over 40 and annual sales surpassing $12 million. Mike's years in the field have made him keenly aware of the detailed intricacies involved in every project. He is actively engaged in project management and estimating, ensuring that each project receives his personal attention regarding budget, schedule, and quality control.
