Since 1975, O'Cain Construction has been a family-run business, managed by Michael O'Cain, who represents the second generation. With yearly sales ranging from 10 to 15 million dollars, this mid-sized company is committed to producing superior construction projects at competitive prices. Timely project completion is a priority, ensuring the owner's interests are always considered. While we currently serve South Carolina and Georgia, we are available to work in additional Southeast locations.

With a degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, Michael (Mike) has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the construction field. Since becoming the President and sole owner in October 1999, he has transformed the company from 6 employees and $2 million in annual sales to a workforce of over 40 and annual sales surpassing $12 million. Having spent many years in the field, Mike is acutely aware of the intricate details involved in all projects undertaken. He is actively engaged in project management and estimating, ensuring that each project receives his personal attention regarding budget, schedule, and quality control.
