He became the President and sole owner of the company in October of 1999, growing it from 6 employees and a yearly sales volume of $2 million to over 40 employees and annual sales exceeding $12 million since then. Mike's years in the field have made him keenly aware of the detailed intricacies involved in every project. By being involved in project management and estimating, he ensures that each project benefits from his personal focus on budget, schedule, and quality standards.
