O'Cain Construction is a family-owned enterprise that has been serving the community since 1975, led by second-generation owner, Michael O'Cain. This mid-sized firm generates annual sales between 10 and 15 million dollars, and takes pride in delivering high-quality construction projects while adhering to industry-standard pricing. Projects are completed promptly, always keeping the owner's best interests in mind. Currently, we operate in South Carolina and Georgia, but we are open to expanding our services to other regions in the Southeast.

Our goal is to establish enduring relationships based on integrity and outstanding service. We are dedicated to offering the best service, support, and response times in the industry. Mike, a Civil Engineering alumnus of Clemson University, brings over 25 years of construction experience to the company. He became the President and sole owner of the company in October of 1999, growing it from 6 employees and a yearly sales volume of $2 million to over 40 employees and annual sales exceeding $12 million since then. Having spent many years in the field, Mike is acutely aware of the intricate details involved in all projects undertaken. He is actively engaged in project management and estimating, ensuring that each project receives his personal attention regarding budget, schedule, and quality control.
