I work with contractors and subs regularly. So my opinion of OC Rooter isn't emotion based. It's based on enough work orders I've given to the owner, Fernando, over the five or so years I've been using him. Fernando has been coming out to take care of our residence kitchen drains and various other plumbing orders. Just this morning, he came out to take care of a ""clear water"" backup in the downstairs toilet. Turned out it was a clog with some roots between the toilet and the garage main drain access. I've been using Fernando for the last five years. And while I have my own plumbing tools, including power snakes, I know when to turn the work over to someone else. As a business person who works with contractors regularly, I can easily endorse Fernando as being one of the most skilled workman I've known. He is incredibly organized, and never takes short cuts. With all that, his pricing is extremely fair.

Fernando came out to an apartment building that I own and did a good job working on my main drain problem. I noticed that he has 20 more yelp reviews that yelp is hiding. Maybe he could flush the sewage from Yelp so all of his 5 star reviews can be easily seen. Thanks Fernando!!

I had main sewer problems to be fixed, so my son made arrangement with Fernando who was an excellent hard worker to do the job very thoroughly finished. He had double triple checks to be sure job done.
I even requested on going regular service hereafter that he was happy to do so. I recommend him very highly those who need a kind service.

Very fast response. I was able to get them to my house within 30 minutes. Price might not be the lowest, but within range of what other companies are charging. They get the jobe done right too! If they can't fix it, you don't have to pay.

All I can say about Fernando is WOW what a straight up, honest, sincere, understanding, educational, thorough expert LOCAL plumber. You can tell he is an expert by the way he carries himself and his actions for problem solving. Just a few days prior I received a HUGE estimate for digging out the front yard and installing new ABS pipes to complete the ""Main clean out"" which was supposedly missing from the last maybe handy man work that was performed at lower cost and not to code. Fernando came on time and immediately discovered the problem and found with a simple metal ""T"" shaped tool the main clean out that the other guys said was not there. He did 3+ hours of labor and unclogged the main cleanout under the tree, He also came into the house and took off the problem toilet and made it flow nice once again, His prices are amazing. My wife and I are very impressed. I RECCOMMEND Fernando highly to anyone needing.quallity plumbing.

Very happy with OC Rooter and Fernando. I had a clogged bathtub on New Years Day. Called one of the chain plumbers and dude wanted $290 for a simple clog. Told the 1st guy to take a hike. Fernando answered right away. Sent a text when he was on the way and showed up when he said he would. 20 minutes and only $65 later and I can take a shower. Definitely going to keep his number for future fixes.
