All I can say about Fernando is WOW what a straight up, honest, sincere, understanding, educational, thorough expert LOCAL plumber. You can tell he is an expert by the way he carries himself and his actions for problem solving. Just a few days prior I received a HUGE estimate for digging out the front yard and installing new ABS pipes to complete the ""Main clean out"" which was supposedly missing from the last maybe handy man work that was performed at lower cost and not to code. Fernando came on time and immediately discovered the problem and found with a simple metal ""T"" shaped tool the main clean out that the other guys said was not there. He did 3+ hours of labor and unclogged the main cleanout under the tree, He also came into the house and took off the problem toilet and made it flow nice once again, His prices are amazing. My wife and I are very impressed. I RECCOMMEND Fernando highly to anyone needing.quallity plumbing.

Very happy with OC Rooter and Fernando. I had a clogged bathtub on New Years Day. Called one of the chain plumbers and dude wanted $290 for a simple clog. Told the 1st guy to take a hike. Fernando answered right away. Sent a text when he was on the way and showed up when he said he would. 20 minutes and only $65 later and I can take a shower. Definitely going to keep his number for future fixes.

The drain for our washing machine was clogged. I actually had another rooter company out here first. Their estimate went from $99 on the phone to $389 when the plumber arrived. I promptly sent him packing. I am just glad I verified the price he started work.

I found Fernando here on Yelp..yup Yelp! I called him first thing in the morning. He said he could be here between 11 and 12 and it would be $99. Having had bad experiences with plumbers not showing up I thought to myself ""okay, 11 - 12 means 1-4 in plumberese and $99 is probably going to turn into $200. To my surprise Fernando texted me at about 10:30 and said he was on his way. He was here shortly before 11.

He cleaned the drain out. It had not been cleaned in 30 years so it was a little harder than he thought I think. I expected him to tell me that it would be a little more because of the difficulty...and I would have paid it just for the good service. But the bill actually was $99. No upsell.

I am a Realtor and often need to call a plumber for one thing or another for homes. I will definitely be calling Fernando and giving his name to my colleagues. Thank you Fernando!

Better, Faster, and Cheaper service than I expected!
I recently ordered a bidet to install on my toilet... and like a jack ass I tried to install it myself. In the process I broke the valve and finally decided to contact an expert. Fernando was at my door with am assistant within 15 minutes! I live in a condo so I had no clue where the main shut-off valve is located, but he found it, then he replaced the valve and installed the bidet CORRECTLY in what seemed like half an hour. If I need plumming services in the future, ...he is who I'll be calling.
