We were 'íncentivized' by our home owners insurance to have our house repiped after filing a claim for a water leak last September. They would not renew our policy if we didn't have a ceramic coating installed or do a full repipe. We chose to repipe as it seemed to be more long lasting than doing a coating.

After contacting a number of repiping companies we chose OC Repipes due to the amount of service they could provide at a reasonable cost. Andy was my initial contact and Slavi was the site manager. Both are great to work with.

We did need to get an asbestos survey done prior to any work. With 52 year old drywall, they did find asbestos. We had that remediated by another company and then OC Repipes repiped the entire house in one day not counting closing up the walls. The walls were done the next day.

All aspects of the job were done with great skill and efficiency.

Was dealing with multiple leaks spread out over a course of four years since first purchasing my home and enough was enough. Was referred to OC Repipes by a neighbor who spoke highly about the work they did on their home and quickly reached out to Slavi.

He was very thorough outlining where they would make the cuts in the drywall and what I needed to do to prep for his team. Price was very fair compared to other vendors I reached out to. But Slavi was the most detailed-oriented which is why I chose OC Repipes.

The whole process was smooth. Slavi and his team worked fast but they didn't cut any corners and they didn't leave behind a mess. Work was completed in a day and they next day they patched the drywall and textured the wall.

Leaks are already stressful and getting repipe is expensive but if you're going to make the investment you want someone who's going to do it right and I would recommend OC Repipes to anyone thinking about doing a repipe.

Highly recommended - have had multiple leaks in the old copper piping, finally the latest one damaged the floor. OC Repipes crew came in and repiped the whole place in a couple days (two story home). They worked with me to limit the drywall cuts and to locate the piping runs. Very clean, marked the drywall cuts and kept everything organized. Also helped fix a little plumbing issue that I had with one of the valves.

Slavi and his crew from OC Repipes were wonderful. They worked efficiently and effectively. They re-piped our entire house in one day, scheduled and completely handled the permitting/inspection, and re-patched up the drywall (also in one day). On top of that, they installed a tankless water heater and water filtration system. Everything works great and looks amazing.

We had a slab leak and detected it immediately. I guess that was the good news.

I reached out to several plumbing contractors asking for a quote and timeline. I had three plumbers visit our home and assess the work involved to repipe the entire house with pex pipe. The first two came into the house spent less than 5 minutes assessing the scope of the project, then threw out a price. When Slavi from OC Repipes arrived at our house he was polite and professional. He took the time to ask questions and discuss various options. As we walked through the house, it was very apparent that he was concerned about minimizing the amount of damage to the drywall. He walked the entire house with me at least twice, asking about placement of existing, new lines, and options of access points in order to minimize the number of holes cut in the drywall.

His team started and finished on schedule. I had numerous questions as his team progressed and Slavi was always ready to provide thorough explanations.

After the job was complete I discovered a couple of minor issues which involved having move a couple of lines and a valve because of remodel work I was doing. Slavi was there the next day to make the adjustments.
