Slavi and his crew from OC Repipes were wonderful. They worked efficiently and effectively. They re-piped our entire house in one day, scheduled and completely handled the permitting/inspection, and re-patched up the drywall (also in one day). On top of that, they installed a tankless water heater and water filtration system. Everything works great and looks amazing.

The team was on time, prepped the house very carefully, were very polite, and cleaned up afterwards. Top notch!

We had a slab leak and detected it immediately. I guess that was the good news.

I reached out to several plumbing contractors asking for a quote and timeline. I had three plumbers visit our home and assess the work involved to repipe the entire house with pex pipe. The first two came into the house spent less than 5 minutes assessing the scope of the project, then threw out a price. When Slavi from OC Repipes arrived at our house he was polite and professional. He took the time to ask questions and discuss various options. As we walked through the house, it was very apparent that he was concerned about minimizing the amount of damage to the drywall. He walked the entire house with me at least twice, asking about placement of existing, new lines, and options of access points in order to minimize the number of holes cut in the drywall.

His team started and finished on schedule. I had numerous questions as his team progressed and Slavi was always ready to provide thorough explanations.

After the job was complete I discovered a couple of minor issues which involved having move a couple of lines and a valve because of remodel work I was doing. Slavi was there the next day to make the adjustments.

Working with OC Repipes was a stress-free experience. Working with someone who is truly concerned that their clients are happy really makes a difference!

Very responsive, quick , and efficient. When we discovered the leak in the pipes inside the slab, Savi was able to schedule us quickly. The team installed the plumbing throughout the house in a single day. We did have to wait a couple days for the inspector but that's the city's fault. Drywall close out also was completed in a day. Savi worked with us to select upgraded shower, tub, and sink fixtures to create a matching look. Overall, the best plumbing experience I've had (and I've had many across multiple houses).

We really like OC Repipe. First of all, they are the only company that said they don't need to replace our Kohler shower valves where they don't have access from the back (can't cut tiles) with Moen or Delta valves. Other companies said they need to cut bigger holes to access the valves from the front and our Kohler trims won't cover the holes anymore. OC Repipe owner Slavi said our trims are fine and they don't need bigger holes. That made us believe they are more skilled and experienced as they can work in a tight environment (plus we can keep our Kohler showers :-). Secondly, they have good reviews and their price is competitive. Thirdly, Slavi is very friendly. He answered our questions and concerns patiently before we selected a contractor. We made a good decision by selecting OC Repipe. They did a good job! And the city inspector said so too!

The inspection by OC Repipes is a definite 5 star. Every thing was carefully explained for the repipe: what problems might there be and solutions. So I signed the contract and put down the 10% deposit. When I had to cancel the scheduled repipe, the first thing Slavi said was 'no problem', that he would cancel the contract and refund the deposit. WHAT?? Was he kidding? I told him not refund any costs he had incurred. I got most of the deposit back... Now OC Repipes gets a TEN STAR OUT OF FIVE!!. Obviously a very honest and reputable company.
