Spoke with Alex. Called late afternoon on a Friday and Alex was very friendly and helpful in working to schedule someone for a clogged kitchen sink/laundry drain. Service was impeccable. Received a text within 3 minutes that someone was already scheduled and on the way. Not bad for a 5 pm call on a Friday! Within 20 minutes Diego was onsite and helping to jet the cleanout to break up all the grease that has built up over the years. Less than an hour from the initial call, work was finished and all drains were back to normal. Even if I had to wait several hours I would have been equally impressed.

Pricing was very fair and both Alex and Diego were very friendly and helpful in dealing with the pain of a backed up sink at the end of the day. Would recommend OC Plumbing for any plumbing needs! Thanks, guys again for the help!

My toilets were backed up for a week. My home warranty sent out other plumbing companies who were ill equipped to fix the problem. What I liked about OC Plumbing is that: 1) they sent their technician Diego immediately, 2) they were available at a time that was convenient for me, 3) they sent you a text message immediately after booking with them, 4) they sent you a text when they were on their way--with a link to track them on a map so you know when they will arrive, 5) they had the proper tools to diagnose, clean out and repair the problem, 6) they took time to explain the problems and what caused it, 7) they suggested options to remedy future problems such as these. Technician Diego and his supervisor Alex was professional, knowledgeable, personable and worked hard to clear out the main line to the toilets. It's the best experience I've had with a plumbing company. It's great to have everything working properly again in my house! I highly recommend OC Plumbing. Thank you Diego and Alex!!! Great job. After having the plumbing backing up for a week, My home warranty called other plumbing companies and would not even call back or would come collect the deductible and find any lame excuse not to do the job. OC Plumbing responded fast and sent their technician Diego. He was profesional, hard working and with great attitude! He arrived cleared the main line and worked on clearing the bath tub for about two hours but it was getting late. Then he returned the next day and finished the job!
I definitely and highly recommend OC Plumbing and technician Diego. Best experience I ever had with a plumbing technicians. I am so relieved, happy and excited to have everything working properly in my house!

Property line sewer access point passed the 3x city/sanitation inspections first time, he always arrived on time, ~10% less $$ than two other plumbers, had the tools and the knowledge... and pretty much dug to the center of the earth to address the problem

Background - recently bought a house and sewer line backed up water into the basement. Called three plumbers (new to the area) and Alex was the third one to show up.

Communication - responsive and clear

Timing - arrived on time and completed work in estimated duration

Cost - ~10% cheaper than the other two plumbers

Expertise - had the tools to properly diagnose, clean out, and repair the problem, while also taking the time to explain the problems, what caused them, and numerous options available

We had a very bad experience with OC Plumbing yesterday since he came for a couple plumbing issues we had in our house including water heater problem.
The technician ,or owner Octavio was very rude and unprofessional from the first moment he arrived in our address since he kept on ""lecturing me"" and kept saying ""listen , listen"", and he was yelling and raising his voice.
We ended up asking him to leave our house after he collected the deductible and the most crucial job was our water heater which was leaking, and now we don't have hot water for a few more days until we get the next plumbing company to come on.

He was suppose to drain the water from water heater after he was paid, but he refused to do it after he was paid since we was angry that we didn't want him do the all job.
He acted as if he was the only plumbing company in the area.
I do not want anybody else to go through the problem we went through with his company.

These guys are great. I love that you get a text when the technician is on the way. They came out for a free quote and were amazing. They were honest in weighing the options between a water heater with a tank and tankless. I opted to get the traditional hot water heater. Ours was over 25 years old, but still working!! They came a few days later and did all the work in 2.5 hours. Great job guys!!

OC Plumbing did an excellent job today. Diego came by this morning and gave a fair quote for an effective plan. He was actually able to start my job immediately and finish my job rhe same day. He put thought into the best solution, communicated his plan, and used his expertise to do a careful and thorough job. He completed the job successfully and efficiently. He tested his work at the end and did a thorough cleanup. He was also friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend OC and Diego!
